Welcome to our little piece of heaven on earth, our quiet beach Oasis located at Silver Silver Strand Beach. This property is perfect for large families to get together and share one large home without feeling crammed. The whole house has 3 floors with the 3rd floor having a separate entrance. It features beautiful new wood flooring throughout the kitchen and family rooms with plush couches, new paint and new mouldings. We also added sound proof baffles in the ceiling below to shield the top floor from sound from the floor below. The kitchen features white cabinets with new granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with Coffee maker, all the necessary dinnerware, silverware, stemware and pots and pans needed. All 7 bedrooms have new beds and bedding throughout with newer carpet. There are also sliding doors to let in gentle ocean breezes in 2 of the 3 bedrooms on the top floor.

The house comes with a garage full of toys. Ping pong table, beach chairs, bikes and more.


We also have the 1st and 2nd floor 2,400 square foot unit below that is a 4 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and hardwood floors throughout the entire unit that is also available to rent for smaller families to enjoy.

Silver Strand is a QUIET exclusive beach community located in Oxnard/Channel Islands.
1) The maximum permitted occupancy during daytime is 16 and 10 at night.
2) Quiet hours shall be observed between 10:00 PM and 7 AM
3) No outdoor amplified music or sound during quiet hours.
4) The property cannot be used for events that exceed the applicable occupancy or guest limits, or that violate quiet hours, and noise standards or any other standard or requirement of this section.
5) The available onsite parking is 3 spaces and street parking is discouraged.
6) County issued Short Term Rental Permit # TRU 24-0075 and County Business Tax Certification # 8820

(We do ask you keep the noise down after 10 pm. Most of the neighbors live there full time and work during the week.) Silver Strand stretches between Channel Islands Harbor and Port Hueneme Harbor.
"The Strand" as locals call it, is a mile long level white sandy beach and has a reputation for world renowned surfing, boogie boarding, wind surfing and paddle boarding. It is considered to be the best surfing beach in Ventura County, along with a kiddy beach that is roped off and safe for small children. Clam digging and surf fishing is allowed with a fishing license from the nearby bait and tackle store. Day long fishing trips to the Santa Cruz and Anacapa Islands are also available.
One of the best parts of Silver Strand Beach is that it is not crowded like you will find at neighboring beaches. It is very serene and peaceful. Full beach access is just five houses away a mere 1 minute walk to the sand. The Channel Islands Harbor, which is also walking/biking distance, offers rentals for kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, boats, and specialty bikes as well as restaurants and entertainment. Every Sunday, it is also home to a Farmers Market where you can enjoy music, food and buy fresh produce and seafood. There are even opportunities to visit 5 of the Channel Islands for some hiking, kayaking, whale watching and more. If you want to venture outside of our neighborhood, we are in close proximity to Ventura, Carpenteria, Santa Barbara, Malibu and Santa Monica... other beach Communities that have unique offerings. For shopping options, The Camarillo Outlet Mall and The Collection in Oxnard provide a large array of shops, restaurants and also movie theaters.
Within 3 blocks walking distance is Quincy's, a family restaurant and bar, The Jetty Surf cafe for excellent Mediterranean food, Pepe's Famous Tacos stand and the Corner Market for quick needed items. A short car ride to the other side of the Channel Islands Harbor will bring you to Mrs. Olson's Cafe(Voted one of the best 59 breakfast places in America by Esquire Magazine). If pizza is your thing Toppers Pizza or Pizza Man Dan delivers to your door in minutes.
Whatever you crave to eat, we have it. The myriad of restaurants that are found in this area are wonderful or if you prefer to cook just pick up your groceries as we have some of the freshest produce in the country. Often grown right here in Ventura County.
