In the heart of Destin, this charming 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo features an open floor plan. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and open balcony. The master has a queen bed and attached full bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king and bedroom 3 two double beds. The second full bath has a shower/tub combination. All mattresses were replaced Jan 2024.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances. A full sized washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience and there are dual heating/air units. The unit has 4 TVs and 2 DVD players, free wifi and cable TV.
There is a walkway to the beach which is only 125 yards away. Two beach chairs/umbrella are included March through Oct. Pool, tennis courts, and a fitness room with sauna are available on site. Groceries, pharmacy, several restaurants and some shops are within walking distance. Kahuna Water and Adventure Park as well as several beautiful golf courses are within 4 miles. Recent renovations (completed early 2024) to our condo and Shoreline Towers make this a very attractive location for a beach vacation!
We are private owners who live in MO and hope you enjoy the beach and Destin as much as our family does!

Amazing place!

We loved the spacious condo, the location was perfect, loved having a workout room to exercise in every day!! We have stayed in condominiums on either side of Shoreline Towers and it is by far the best! Loved being close to the beach! Enjoyed not having a long walk to get to the beach and not having to cross the road. Thanks for the beach umbrella and chair rental each day that saved us a lot. Will definitely check to see if this unit is available for our next stay!!

The condo meet all our needs. Tvs had a blip in service but we was able to get those back up and going the next day. Master bedroom tv picture never would come on so not sure if it is a cable ussue or not.

Wonderful Spacious Condo

The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious!!! Great location!!!Fan in master makes a lot of noise. The outlet in room with 2 double beds that is behind the bed where lamp is plugged in needs replacing. The lamp prongs were bent to make it stay in. Also the outlet in kitchen by the end table that is by the rectangular table also needs replacing. Other than that everything was Great!!! Very nice clean pool and pool area!!! Great parking!!! Very nice having ice available for purchase!!!We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

The condo is so so beautiful!!! The owners are wondeful people and so terrific with communication!! There is construction going on but it didnt bother us a bit. The owners let us know everything that was going on beforehand. We did talk to some other people staying there who were blindsided by the construction and very upset. We were so thankful we booked here, and they also gave us such an incredible deal ❤️ Absolutely would stay here again 💯

Beautiful view

It’s a beautiful condo. There were a few minor things, there was a molded washcloth in bathroom and balcony tile was broken. Outside housekeeping left a dirty rag for 4 days by steps. Also swept under bed and found someone’s glasses. But it’s a beautiful view and condo!

Nice location, but the unit was not a desirable vacation home for a week.

Cockroaches Broken screens Bunt out light bulbs Rusty patio furniture Barely working range Complex was undergoing major exterior resurfacing which resulted in excessive construction noise from 8am-4pm. We were not at advised to this type of nuisance at any point during our booking process.

We regret that the above renter had less than optimal stay and hope they were still able to fully enjoy the beautiful beach and Destin. The condo is treated for insects on a routine schedule and the cockroach reported was on the balcony. This problem is being further treated. The stove top had 1 of 4 burners malfunctioning which was repaired within ~ a day of being reported and light bulb was similarly replaced promptly. There is a damaged screen door which has been removed and the rusted balcony chair has been replaced. We really regret the noise. There is major renovation underway to improve Shoreline Towers and we as owners were not notified properly of the schedule to notify guests. For this renter's inconveniences she was given a 30% discount. We strive to provide a lovely, well maintained condo for others to enjoy and appreciate constructive reviews so we can continually improve our property and vacations for others.

Construction started at 8am everyday, 1 of the 2 elevators were out of service and the construction workers tied the single elevator up during the day. The beds were were horrible to sleep on and the furniture was uncomfortable. For the price i would not recommend.

Family Wedding July 2022

The property is beautiful @ a premium price. But, needs to be updated. The mattresses are horrible and low. My parents are older and had a rough time getting up and down. The TV’s in the bedrooms were small (maybe 20-24 inch) and not smart TV’s. The couch leg was broke and wobbly. There was also a lot of construction on the property. Once off the elevator the railways covered in plastic and they were painting outside our unit most days. The pool area needs to be updated also. But, you can’t beat the beach access and that part of the beach is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We are sorry the mattresses and TV's were not to your satisfaction. And we will check the couch leg as that is new. There is ongoing renovation which will greatly improve the property and was explained in the property description and again at booking. For this a discount of 15% was given at the time of booking. We are glad you did enjoy the ready access to the beautiful beach and hopefully used the beach chairs/umbrella that are included.
