Great, relaxing stay

Wonderful, modern villa situated in front of the ocean. Perfect place to spend relaxing holiday with family and friends. We highly recommend this outstanding place also because of kindness of the hosts.

Perfect Family Vacation

This is an incredible property, just perfect for our family vacation. The rooms are beautiful, the location and proximity to the beach is fantastic. There are many beautiful details and fixtures in the house. We have stayed here twice now and definitely plan to return. Thank you Andrew and María!

Superb house that’s very well equipped and ideally suited for a family or friends

Nice quiet location and just a 2 mins walk to Roche beach with a bar/restaurant. Andrew and Maria are great hosts and all communication was very professional. The house has great space, both indoor and outdoor and has everything you need for a perfect family beach holiday.

Perfect, relaxed holiday

For a family of 11, with 5 children, this was an ideal holiday choice. The pool, the proximity to the beach and the spacious accommodation all helped to make this a wonderfully relaxed holiday. Andrew and Maria could not have been more helpful in the run up to our stay and when the air conditioning developed a problem- speedily fixed. Definitely one to recommend.

Excellent holidays.

House very confortable, rooms big enough, safe swimming pool for children, and near to the beach. Good service from the people responsible for costumer service and maintenance. Quick response to any demand. I strongly recomend this house for family holidays

modern house

it is the newly built house with good contemporary architecture and design . very well equipped with electrical and household equipment and tableware . Miele, WMF ,... very good location in Roche, close to the beach . it is really a project to please the guests not just rent your old house or aposrtment to make some money

Fabulous property in unique location

Situated in a quiet urbanised and very safe location the property is visually beautiful with every appliance you could wish for available. Lots of space for everyone to be social and communal or to enjoy private reading/ resting in different terraces or on the roof. We loved the private beach access and thoroughly enjoyed the beach bar to watch the surfers and the amazing sunsets. Andrew and Marias communication was excellent and were on hand throughout stay to deal with any questions and to successfully locate a wallet we lost during our stay. Off season there are not many restaurants in walking distance and Spanish meal times can be a challenge with a young family. ( many restaurants serve til 3 pm then reopen at 8.00pm)

Wunderschöne Villa direkt am Meer

Wir sind zu zehnt (5 Paare) in der Villa gewesen. Die Villa hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, alles war sehr sauber, der Pool sehr erfrischend und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Villa 100%ig weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das Team von DosExtremos.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist super ausgestattet. Insbesondere der schöne Wintergarten bringt in der etwas kälteren Jahreszeit einen riesigen Mehrwert. Check in und Check out hat wunderbar geklappt und wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage (wenige Minuten zum Strand) am Ende einer Sackgasse. Sehr schöner Garten, toller Pool und sehr gute Ausstattung. Selbst mit 10 Personen findet man immer ein Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Eine kleine Abwertung gibt es, da die Decke in einem Badezimmer offen war und man dem Haus im allgemeinen ein/zwei Jährchen anmerkt. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Positiv ist auch die örtliche Agentur und das professionelle Hausbuch. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für einen schönen Strandurlaub!

Great location and perfect house

Stayed mid May, house and location great, Andrew was very helpful in arriving with a corkscrew on the 1st night which could have been a calamity! House has everything you need, private and very easy access to the beach. We will be back.
