Located in central Kihei, nestled on the northern end of beautiful Halama Street. Family-owned and operated legal short-term rental. This ocean front, 2 BR 1 BA unit, has a full kitchen, bathroom and a sofa sleeper pullout in the living room. It’s located on the ground floor, with a private entrance and a covered porch with a gas grill. A larger picnic table and a gas grill is available for use in the back yard, along with beach chairs to watch the sunsets and lounge chairs for sun tanning or just relaxing. The beach is about 300 feet from the building with a large yard of green grass and palm trees leading to the seemingly private beach. Enjoy the amazing sea turtles that crawl up and rest on the sandy beach with good snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, wind and kite sailing, pole fishing, shelling and more. Don't forget to keep an eye for the passing whales. Ocean equipment is available at the numerous rental shops in town. Centrally located near banks, post office, stores, medical clinics, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and more. Tucked away from the big resorts and high tourist filled areas, you can enjoy your own little piece of paradise. This is Unit # 1: 2BR/1BA (downstairs). We also have a recently remodeled 1 BR 1 BA first floor unit, an upper 2BR/1 BA unit (Contact owner for more information and pictures). The apartment building consists of a total of four units and every unit is ocean front. Stairs are necessary to access the all units, including those on the bottom floor, cottage, backyard and beach area.
