Every room has its own bathroom with a large bath and shower. Air conditioning is provided in all the rooms.

Wundervolle Stadtvilla

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichteten Stadthaus in Arta. Wir haben bereits in vielen verschiedenen Ferienobjekten auf Mallorca Urlaub gemacht und dieses hier ist definitiv unser Favorit. Die Sauberkeit hat uns besonders überzeugt, die hat hier wirklich unseren Ansprüchen voll und ganz entsprochen. Das Haus hat auch eine tolle Lage, sodass man zu Fuß gut ins Zentrum schlendern kann aber weit genug entfernt ist um es ruhig zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!!!

Fantastic Town House

Dieses Stadthaus in Arta bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten und verfügt über ein großzügiges Raumangebot für 6 Peronen. Wir haben die Tage über den Jahreswechsel mit 3 Paaren dort genossen und waren von der Ruhe aber auch dem Komfort angetan. Das Haus ist mit vielen kleinen Details liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit Hubert hat sehr gut geklappt. Für einen Urlaub in einem Stadthaus sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein Traum in Artà

Wir möchten eine große Empfehlung für dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus am Stadtrand von Artà aussprechen. Im Herbst 2014 starteten wir mit sieben Personen in einen traumhaften Herbsturlaub. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Auch mit mehreren Reisenden kann man sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und jeder kann sowohl im Haus als auch im Außenbereich oder auf der tollen Dachterrasse seine Urlaubsruhe finden. Es mangelt einfach an nichts. Eine super Ausstattung in jeder Hinsicht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die absolut reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Ob vor der Anreise, während des Aufenthalts oder danach, immer werden Fragen schnell beantwortet und auch besondere Anliegen werden umgesetzt. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt, somit kann man problemlos morgens frische Brötchen holen oder im Supermarkt einkaufen wenn etwas fehlt. Dazu braucht man kein Auto. In der Straße findet man mit ein wenig Glück unweit der Haustür einen Parkplatz. Aber auch wenn diese bereits besetzt sind, steht wenige Gehminuten entfernt unterhalb der Kirche ein großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung, der vom Haus aus gut zu erreichen ist. Wir können das Haus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, es war der bislang schönste Urlaub auf der Insel - und das seit über dreißig Jahren Artà-Erfahrung. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter mit seinem gelungenen Schatz im schönen Städtchen Artà.

A dream

A wonderful house, beautiful, clean, comfortable and what a great interior design ! With a charming patio and a terrace with a lovely view on the castle.... Every thing was perfect. And you live inside the village, which is so charming! Nothing to reproach, I would definitely recommend it!

I know Mallorca since almost 40 years, spending holidays . I decided to buy this property and completely refurbished it in 2008. This house was originally built at the end of the 19th century. I also like the medieval village of Arta, mixing original Balearic culture with a fantastic location, 10km from all the northeast beaches.
