Last minute accommodation after holiday fell through elsewhere, manager extremely helpful. Lovely lodge. Very peaceful and quiet. Lots of lovely beaches and things to do close by.

I along with some colleagues are working in the area.
I specifically booked the lodge because, it was shown and listed as having a washing machine which when your away from home for a number of weeks is essential.
When we got to the cabin there was no washing machine and also the WiFi was very poor.
I contacted the person who looks after all the lodges and was told that it was a mess up with the website and it didn't have a washing machine at all..
We weren't offered any alternative and had to source and pay for a launderette.
Beautiful place to stay, scenery was picturesque. Lots of places nearby to visit. Was impressed at the cleanliness off the whole place. Communication was quick and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay in the lodge and Kenwick Woods. The boys especially liked the availability of activities and the tennis court. Whilst the lodge itself was fine, it was a different one to the lodge we were shown we were getting on the website. In particular, the on-line listing set out that there would be a washing machine, whereas there wasn't one., and so we hadn't taken enough clothes for the week. Whilst Mike (the owner) provided an explanation, this needs to be made clear in the communications at the time of booking.
Good quality Lodge in a nice wooded site, the admin and facilities staff very good, however.. The Lodge we were allocated is not the Lodge in the photos. The lodge in the photos has a lovely sunny aspect .. Whereas we were allocated a lodge that due to the large trees all around it sees no sun at all.. Is entirely in the shade and quite dark inside.. . Despite 5 lovely sunny mornings, evenings.. No sun reached our outside seating . It transpires the group rents out 16 Lodges from this single advert.. But you don't know that when booking. If you want a nice Lodge but no sunlight .. Ask for Lodge 33.

Beautiful Market Town location
Received no information about checking in prior to arrival. Thankfully VRBO helped out via online chat, and gave contact details for host. Host didn’t apologise for hiccup and insisted he had sent info, rude man. The lodge and location wonderful but won’t be booking again.
The property is in a quiet location surrounded by trees. Parking is easy. Just be careful when you drive down the road to the lodge as the speed bumps, even when you go over them at a snails pace, can make contact with the bottom of the car. The inside of the property is pleasant and makes for an enjoyable stay.
Our log cabin was lovely & cozy & very spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable & loads of storage space. No traffic noise, no mobile phones going off, it was truly lovely, a brilliant break. Downside, the hot water would constantly run out & the Wifi was awful.
This was a family break with our two adult children, including one partner, and we wanted it to be special given the difficulties in meeting up for this year in particular (Covid). It turned out to be such a relaxing, fun and peaceful stay, which was due to being in this very clean, spacious and cosy Scandinavian lodge with all the facilities we needed. The beds were very comfy; lots of hot water although could not make use of the log fire as weather was too warm. The location was so peaceful, being surrounded by trees, and waking up to the sound of birds. The hot tub was a great favourite and such a lovely way to relax at the end of the day. We made use of the guest membership for the gym, pool and tennis court, plus paid for a round of golf. We had a couple of days at local beaches (blue flag) and also did some scenic walks - Footsteps of Kolkr Red Hill and Chambers Farms Woods. Friendly and contactable host. We had such an enjoyable family holiday with lots of happy and special memories, and would definitely like to return in the future. Highly recommended.
We loved our stay. We spent most of our time on the beach but it was great to know we had somewhere warm and comfortable to come home to. Mike was fantastic with any questions we had. Hope to be back soon!
Accommodation for wedding in Lincolnshire 9-10-11th August 2019
A good size property with plenty of equipment , we found beds comfortable, and overall the property was tidy, and mostly clean to the eye, albeit on closer inspection dusty and cobwebby especially around light fixtures and furniture.
It didn’t and wouldn’t put us off coming back.
It took us a while to locate the WiFi in the property, as it did state on the website that the property did have it, and family members staying at a lodge close by opposite ours didn’t.
The setting was great so quiet and peaceful and relaxing.
Great base to stay, for our 200 mile travel up from the south coast for a weekend wedding ceremony.
Mike the property manager was very helpful too. Answering all my emails very quickly prior to our arrival

Relaxing short break
A lovely wooden cabin with all the comforts of home but with the added luxury of a hot tub under the trees. The friendliness of the spa and hotel staff and the use of the facilities as part of our holiday made for a fantastic way to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday in style 😁🎂🎉
Nice and relaxing cabin. Very secluded and peaceful. The property was nice and big and there was plenty of space for me and my mates. downside is that the WiFi connection was really poor so the internet did not work also the property had a few spider webs. Overall a good and relaxing and peaceful weekend away.
