About this property

This upgraded unit is located on the 2nd floor and features LED lighting throughout and LED TV's and high speed internet. Includes a special double-sized balcony overlooking the pool/ocean and features a renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need from a Keurig for your morning cup of coffee to a blender for making that perfect frozen cocktail. Use the washer/dryer in the unit to clean those dirty beach towels. Includes LED TV's in each room equipped with Dish Satellite Network. Free high-speed WiFi (100 mbps) is provided in the unit and throughout the building.

All bedrooms are equipped with new consumer reports top-rated memory foam beds, USB outlets, and adjoining full bath. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Dining area has a table with seating for six and three additional barstools are available for seating at the kitchen counter.

The extra large gulf-front balcony can be accessed directly from both the master bedroom and the living room and has a table and seating for four, as well as two lounge chairs.

Guests are required by building management to purchase a parking pass for each vehicle upon arrival ($55 per vehicle, per stay).

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was as advertised and the view from 2nd floor was fabulous. Would definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Fabulous condo

My co-worker and I stayed here while attending a conference nearby. We were very pleased with the easy check in process and the attentiveness of the owner. The condo is very tastefully and beautifully furnished. The best part is the huge deck over looking the pool with palm trees swaying just over the railing. Wonderful view of the beach as well. My daughter and 2 grandchildren joined us on the last night and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I love that this is a smaller facility and not so much walking to get from place to place. We will definitely rent again!

Not what I expected

The whole entire condo needed a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The pictures online must’ve been taking when this was done years ago. The kitchen had the bare minimum. Simple things like a toaster and potholders were nowhere to be found. There are multiple palm trees that block the view of the ocean. There’s a small little spot that you can see through. Should really put some curtains on the front bedroom window. The light from the walkway awas super bright. I would not recommend this property.

My family has been traveling to Orange Beach for years. My wife and I finally decided it was time to buy our own condo in April 2016 because we love the area so much and try and spend as much time as possible at the beach!

Why they chose this property

This is an upscale unit with a recently remodeled kitchen, new porcelain tile floors, new Kohler toilets, new master shower, and comfy new beds. Additionally, the extra large balcony is very unique. Your hosts take a personal interest in seeing to it that the condo is maintained in tip-top shape and very clean. You can reach the owners at any time.
