Unit is not facing the street - you get privacy and piece of mind, and still to enjoy all the action downstairs. Wireless WiFi and FireTv (Amazon, Netflix, music, news channels) on 46" screen.
Dishwasher, washer, dryer, hair dryer, garment steamer, printer, Nest thermostat, 2 closets (one is walk-in) with hangers.
