Playa de las Americas Villa Centrica Paraiso Royal

Beautiful house very cozy, with a current decoration. It consists of living room, dining room for 6 people. kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with single beds. Terrace with barbecue, private pool and community pool in front of the property. Tables for 4 and 8 people on the terrace. It has free wifi and TV with channels in other languages via wifi or parabolic antenna. The fixed price is up to 6 people. The maximum occupancy of the house is for 7 people, there is a bedroom on the ground floor (photos 19 and 20) the use of the fourth bedroom carries an additional charge equivalent to the price of one more person and the price depends on the period of the year and Please reserve this bedroom in advance. The cleaning during your stay is at your expense, in case you want to hire the service of a cleaner you will pay the service directly to it. The use of Wi-Fi is free, as well as a cot, high chair or guardrail for bed in case you travel with a baby.

Host Celia was great, communication from the start was very good.Location ideal and very central, making acces to beach, play parks and Sian park all easily accessable.Extremely close to restaurants and on site communal popl, but also very quiet. Lovely stay for all the family.

Absolutely loved staying at Villa Ceilia

just returned hone from a wonderful holiday, Property was so nice &. added bonus to our own private pool was the use of the pool bar & pool next door- great staff & one of the best pints of San Miguel going 👌 - Celia was amazing to.deal with &. Great place to stay

Check in was easy and smooth with a video to get you to the door. Place was clean and tidy with all the things you could need to make your stay homely.3 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and aircon. Private plus communal pool were both good. Location was ideal for us and the complex is secure. Celia was always quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Good accommodation in a well maintained complex

Very clean and well stocked accommodation. Included pool not heated but the communal one just around the corner is and never crowded and has a great little bar for drinks and food. If you have a car, ask for the gate remote as parking in the area is very limited.

Thank you for your comments, in the written announcement that the private pool is not heated. The parking lot only has 4 spaces available and they are for the owners who live permanently in the complex.

Lovely little complex.

Lovely villa and communal pool and bar area very chilled and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and prices for food and drink very reasonable. Celia the owner was very helpful and accommodating when I requested for a change to our booking due to a family emergency, she couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Overall a lovely holiday and experience.

Great location everything you need close by. Ample room for 5 of us with everything you need in a well equipped house in a secure gated community. Celia was very helpful nothing was a problem.

Womderful stay

Stayed with my family in Villa 7, in March 2022. Absolutely loved it. Big villa that was clean, spacious, well equipped, good location. Common pool was nice, with bar that u can get food and drinks. All communication was 5-star worthy. Thank you- looking forward to come again :)

Brilliant holiday

Right from first booking, the owner, Celia, was in constant communication. She could not do enough for us, answering all my questions. The villa was beautiful and in a nice quite complex. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Will be back

Very Nice house at perfect location

Our stay was wunderfull. Celia welcomed us at the complex. A very nice lady who was very fast and good in the communication. We rented a car but didn’t need it, everything was in walking distance ( restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars and the beach). The house had everything we needed and the private pool was perfect. We really can recommend this house. We certainly Will be back !!!!

Excellent location, just a short stroll to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host provided helpful videos for an easy check-in, along with three sets of keys and a key safe, making it very convenient for family members to come and go. The facilities were outstanding, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large fridge freezer to accommodate storing and preparing meals for a family of five. Two full bathrooms with showers made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. A washing machine was located in the downstairs bathroom. The smart TV was perfect for watching movies in the evenings, and an additional TV with some English channels was available in one of the bedrooms.

What can I say. Celia’s villa was perfect. Great location, very clean and has everything you need. The private pool was amazing. Even though Celia was unable to meet us she made sure we had all the arrival instructions we needed and even arranged our transfers. The video of how to find the villa was great. Wonderful location, host and facilities

This villa was perfect for an extended family. Within a secure gated community it felt very safe. Everything you could need is within walking distance. We even walked to Siam Park. Two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning which was very welcome in August! The pool and outdoor area was also lovely, with the communal pool just around the corner. Celia was a very thoughtful host, great communication and very welcoming. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Great comfortable home from home feel with Villa Celia

Great location, right in amongst all of the night life however your far enough away not to be bothered by it either if you want peace and quite. Plenty of towels for the house and the pool, we eat in several times in the covered out side dinning area which was really good. Large Macdo super market to to far away with a taxi rank to bring you back to the complex, try the fresh tiger prawns huge and cooked up lovely. I would highly recommend villa Celia for family or friends holidays, this trip was three brothers and our father who is in his eighties so having one bedroom and large family bathroom on the ground floor was perfect.

4 nights end of September 24

An oasis of calm in Las Americas. Spacious apartment right by the main pool. Celia provided some excellent restaurant recommendations & arranged for a friend to take us back to the airport. Comfy apartment with everything you need. Pool at the apartment was a nice temperature. Some confusion about where to leave keys but resolved this with Celia as soon as it was highlighted to us. 3 bed rooms all with twin beds & 2 bathrooms, one upstairs, one down. Towels provided for the pool & there is a washing machine to give them a rinse after, also a washing line outside to dry them. All in all an enjoyable stay and perfect weather.

Celia's villa was perfect for our party of 6, ranging in age from 13 to 74. Celia sent instructions/video of location of villa and check in was easy and stress free. The villa was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need, lots of towels, extra bedding if required, lots of crockery, cutlery, mugs etc, and all necessary kitchen appliances. Also, washing up liquid, detergent etc, if you wanted to use the washing machine. Celia also had placed water, juice, beer and wine in the fridge for our arrival. We loved the villa and made good use of the pool, which also had sun beds and plenty outdoor seating and got the sun most of the day. We also used the communal pool which is right in front of the villa, which was lovely and complex also immaculate. The bar served a good choice of snacks/drinks at reasonable prices and barman very friendly. Location of villa was also excellent, just go out by back gate and numerous restaurants, cafés, bar's and shops right on your doorstep, and strip is a 2 minute walk to the left.Celia was always contactable and responded very quickly to any queries although we didn't have any problems during our stay. Celia was kind enough to let us stay a few hours later on departure day due to us having a later flight, which was very much appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend Celia's villa and would stay there again if we return to Tenerife.

A few general maintenance repairs needed (stair handrail very loose, various screws loose or missing on door handles, etc., blind in bedroom not functioning)

Thank you for your comments; I've taken note of them. The stair railing has been repaired, and locks have been reinstalled on the doors. These locks aren't available at just any hardware store; they're only available at specialized shops, which aren't common in the south of the island. Guests aren't careful when opening and closing the doors, and that's the main problem.
