Klosters luxury home in the heart of the village

This is a spacious and luxurious apartment just five minutes walk from the centre of Klosters.
The apartment sleeps up to four adult guests (or two adults and three children on request) and has stunning views towards the Silvretta glacier.
It has a large beautiful living room with open fireplace, corner sofa and typical Swiss stammtisch dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. There is a second large twin bedroom. The second bathroom with bath, shower and WC and also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Around the living room is a large sunny wrap-around balcony with outdoor furniture.
The apartment of around 85 sq.m. is on the third floor of a four-storey chalet building built in 2000.
It is located just five minutes walk from the centre of Klosters village, the train station and the Gotschna cable car.
Guests have access to one underground garage parking space and the building's ski and skiboot rooms.
The apartment is managed by Teresa’s Homes in Klosters, who will welcome you to our alpine home and be available to deal with any requests and advise you on local rental equipment hire, ski school and all Klosters' restaurants, bars and shops.
During the winter season, bookings are only by the week, unless by arrangement and there is a cleaning charge.
In addition, there is an obligatory Klosters Tourist Tax for a Guest Card that will give you free travel on public transport (buses and trains) in Klosters and Davos and discounts on trips up the mountain for non-skiers, etc. (See the Davos-Klosters website and search on 'guest-card'.) The 2020 cost of the Guest Card is CHF 5.50 per person per night (children under 12 years old are free).
