Detached house, with enclosed grounds of 200 m², which offers multiple leisure activities on site: jacuzzi and sauna. Possible activities in the surroundings: fishing in the river (about 10 km) or in the communal pond. Swimming at 9 km: Masmangeas pond.
Cottage qualified "eco-friendly": ecological insulation, biological painting, SPA maintenance with natural products.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge (wood stove), shower room, WC, wellness area including a 4-seater jacuzzi and a 2-seater sauna with views of the garden.
Floor: CH1: 2 single beds of 90
CH2: 1 double bed with private bathroom, separate WC. Mezzanine with table football.
Central heating with pellets and solar panels.
Private parking.
Terrace with 4 deckchairs. Outdoor children's games: swing, sandpit.
Cleaning fee: 40 €
Included in the price of the stay: sheets, heating (wood and pellets). Baby equipment available.
Towels: € 6 / person / stay.
Weekend rental possible except July and August.
