Jardiniers Cottage set in quiet location just outside village

A traditional stone cottage over looking open fields and is situated just outside a small village. The cottage has been recently beautifully renovated, consisting of fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and dining area. A lounge with television (freesat English programs), DVD player, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove for the cooler months. Wood beams throughout and tastefully decorated in neutral pallet..
Upstairs a large bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table plus ensuite shower and toilet.
Outside a large terrace, lawned area and garden looking over fields and woodland. Ideally suited for a couple, but will also accomodate up to two young children, a cot and bed settee being provided if necessary.

The property is approximately 1km from the Chateau Fenelon and ideally situated for trips to the medieval cities of Sarlat,, Souillac and Gourdon all within approximately 15kms, with Dome, Roque Gageac, Castlenaud, Beynac are also all within easy reach.

The Dordogne river is within walking distance and there are Canoes to rent close by. The local area is well known by walkers having several circular walks from the village and there is also a cycle path just a few kilometres away.
