Directly on one of the largest squares in Europe, apartment composed of an entrance-living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a service, with a FREE PARKING of my property reserved for guests and with FREE WI-FI-FIBER area . The only service available for a fee and on request is air conditioning, which can be requested and canceled at any time. To get there it is very easy, as soon as you exit the train station of Padua, take the TRAM towards Sud-Guizza in only six stops you are in Prato della Valle where the apartment is located and where I welcome you for the delivery of the keys.

VRBO tried to cancel our booking

Due to VRBO's admitted technical difficulty with our 2nd payment, VRBO actually tried to cancel this booking at the last minute. VERY poor business practice indeed. Thankfully, we were able to contact our host and made arrangements to pay on arrival. Once checked in we realized how well the apartment is located! A bit small but lovely with enough space for two, very clean, reasonably well stocked (Gianni purchased cereal bowls for us) and the garden entrance is adorable. Parked our car right outside the door in the private spot as promised and then easily walked all over the Old City with its bounty of precious architecture and astounding sites. Padua was even better than we'd hoped. We felt safe and well cared for the entire week and you just can't beat that. Thank you Gianni!!!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist zwar etwas lichtlos, dafür aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Endlich einmal ein Herd (Gas), der funktioniert, gute Betten. Besonders gut hat uns unser liebenswürdiger und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gefallen, dass wir nicht in einer ZTL waren und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hatten. Überragend war natürlich der Standort als solcher: direkt an einem wunderschönen Platz gelegen und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Noch einmal lieben Dank, Gianni, für alles!

Très bon emplacement

Accueil très sympathique de Gianni, logement très propre et spacieux, bonne literie. Super bien placé pour visiter Padoue à pied et en dehors de la ZLT, avec une place de parking réservé. Petit point faible, manque un peu de lumière naturelle. Très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous reviendrons sans doute.

Super apartment excellent host

Gianni was in touch from early afternoon to update my ETA and to ensure that I knew about the direct bus to Padua FS. When I arrived , he showed me around this compact apartment, how everything worked etc. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, from tea coffee olive oil kitchen towel etc. Modern furniture and fittings,. Comfortable double bed, excellent shower unit and very effective AC. It was well into the 30s at times but within minutes, the AC created a good temperature and I found it could be switched off within a short period. Remarkably quiet loccation almosr zero noise. Gianni and his famuly live above , and he is almost instant in his replies on Whats App even on a Sunday morning. You are literally directly into Prato Delle Valle; Latge Despar within 400 meters, lots of cafes and bars for breakfast; just at bottom og one of the main thoroughfares into the old city and the shopping centre; The old food market on Piazza delle Erbe is minutes away on foot; and a large PAM just beyond. The aoartment is between 2 tram stops, (400 and 150 metres. Tram is quick,and easy way to get around. For those who like, a jog or walk, 4 stops to Bassinello and you can walk for miles on a comfortable track ; The quality of the apartment , its locaton, and the advice from Gianni made it so easy to enjoy Padova and the train system gets you to Vicenza Verona Venice Lago di Garda quickly and cheaply .

Overall very comfortable place for two guests, central yet quiet, warm (in winter), with a comfortable bed. Ideal location for us, and parking very appreciated. Gianni was a very good host. Slight smell of damp, probably inevitable on the ground floor at that time of the year.

Wonderful stay in Padua!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gianni and Daniela's lovely flat. We had everything we needed, including a nice little garden to sit and relax. The flat was decorated beautifully and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was superb!! Hope to return for a future visit. Sheena & Jeff

I proprietari Gianni e Daniela si sono rilevate persone estremamente disponibili e cordiali. Appartamento piccolo ma ben strutturato, accogliente e curato in tutto. Ottima pulizia. Complimenti alla sig.ra Daniela per il look dell'appartamento e per il necessario trovato. Inoltre l'appartamento è ben situato in zona centrale, difronte ad una grande piazza (Prato della Valle) e a pochi metri dalla Basilica di S. Antonio.

Petit nid douillet au coeur du centre historique

Petit appartement très propre et très agréable disposant d'un parking privé. Il n'y a qu'à poser les valises ... les lits sont faits, les serviettes de bain préparées ... ingrédients de base pour la cuisine, épices, café, thé, sucre, papier absorbant et de toilette ... le propriétaire très accueillant a pensé au bien-être de ses locataires. Situé sur une place magnifique, il permet la visite de Padoue entièrement à pied. Je recommanderai cette adresse sans aucune hésitation!
