5 Bdrm, Beautiful Oceanview, NO Pets. Linens/Towels provided

A lot of updates were done in 2018-2022 under the new ownership!! This house has roomy decks offering beautiful ocean views, especially on the upper level. There is plenty of room for everyone with 5 bedrooms and a large open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceiling on the top floor. Super fast WiFi for streaming using Roku.. There is an outdoor shower with hot water on the ground floor. Large gas grill is also available. Enjoy free beach chairs and toys/floats for the kids. Linens/towels are provided (included by default into total price). The house is conveniently located 1.6 miles north from the bridge in a quiet subdivision. Public beach access is less than 50 yards away. Large kids playground is 2 blocks away. Bar with live music is 3 blocks down the street. Convenient kayak launch site is half a mile down the street. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only during high season please. FAMILY VACATIONS ONLY.

Great Family Vacation Home

Dmitri and Olga were extremely pleasant and helpful to work with, and the home they share with renters is so enjoyable. It is a beautiful house with very easy access to the beach. Family friendly accommodations and a well stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time with our family!

Great property

This is a great location, quite close to the beach access. It is a very well appointed house with lots of room. We really enjoyed sitting on the porches with a view of the ocean. Also, the owners were fantastic and responded promptly to any questions that we had.

Summer Fun

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well supplied with linens, paper products, and a drawer with miscellaneous items to meet any possible need. Everything worked perfectly. Spectacular ocean view with very short walk to arrive there. Storage room under house with nice beach chairs, surfing boards, floaties, etc. Great television and Wi-Fi available. (3 tv sets). Beds comfortable. Very responsive owners. 5 minute drive to Foodlion and WalMart, and many beach stores and dining choices. I was a guest of my daughter's family June 2-8, 2016. Price of unit very reasonable. I would definitely like to return another time.

Awesome beach house

Casa Del Mar was a terrific place to stay for a weekend escape from Central North Carolina. The property is in a great location love you to the beach are wonderful, the beach itself is wonderful and the house and everything we needed. Just a great weekend

Very comfortable and dog/child friendly!

Dmitri was very accommodating and easy to work with. We enjoyed the upper deck from which you can see and hear the ocean. Our granddaughter loved the child’s picnic table on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped. Dog bowls were waiting in the kitchen, and the fenced yard was really helpful! The public beach entry is very close and easy to access. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The neighborhood was quiet, and there is a nice playground 2 blocks away. Dmitri has added helpful non-slip treads to the stairway from lower to upper floor. Be sure to go to Shaka Taco in Surf City!

Perfect getaway

Our family enjoyed a wonderful (and much anticipated!) week at the beach. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. If you forget something, they probably have it! The ocean view is beautiful and beach access is a 2 minute walk. There was plenty of space (and WiFi) for the kids to do remote school and my husband to work when needed. We were thankful the house was also dog friendly! The owner promptly responded to all communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back someday!

Nice family getaway in these tough times...

Nice property with great views of the ocean. Very well stocked kitchen, which was great, because we did a lot of cooking since most restaurants were doing takeout or curbside only. Very short walk to the beach. Nice patch of yard for the dogs to run around. Property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Spent thanksgiving week here and loved it. Ocean views. 100 yards to beach. Nice upper great room. Not big but 5 bedrooms including bunk room.
