VILLA IN PEACE BETWEEN SEA AND GARRIGUE WITH SWIMMING POOL FOR 7/8 PEOPLE
Looking for a cozy house to rent for your holidays, quiet, in the countryside, near pretty river or sea?
Our house, ideal for 7/8 people will please you.
Stay guaranteed quiet, lulled by the sound of cicadas. You will find many shops 5 minutes (bakery, butcher, pharmacy ....) supermarket 10 min.
Located between Nîmes and Montpellier (30 min) and 15 minutes from the motorway.
Many activities and sites nearby. Do not hesitate to ask us for advice.
Our house is composed of a large fully equipped kitchen. It is open to the living / dining room.
You will find 2 beautiful terraces, one adjoining the kitchen south west side where it is good to have breakfast or dinner and the other covered with plancha corner and large table for a meal more in the shade.
You will enjoy refreshing yourself in the completely secure swimming pool. We also have a large fenced garden with a playground for children.
Upstairs you have 4 bedrooms:
- 1 sleeping 160 and private room,
- 1 bed 140
- 1 bed 120
- 1 sleeping 160 in BZ
There is another bathroom upstairs with a walk-in shower, a bath and 2 sinks.
Laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer.
