This house for 6 people is rented in L’Escala. It is 8 minutes (600 m) walking to Riells beach, restaurants and supermarkets.
The Montgrí Natural Park is 1.2 km away and the historic center of L’Escala is 1.7 km away.
The accommodation is distributed on one floor, has a terrace and an outside dining area with a built-in barbecue.
The living room has air conditioning, TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has an Italian coffee maker and oven.
This accommodation has three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed (150 cm) each, and a bedroom with two single beds (90cm). One bedroom with double bed has air conditioning. All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There is a bathroom with a bathtub.
This accommodation has heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with clothespins and allows pets (at an additional cost).


It is not rented to groups of young people under 25 years of age.

Check in: from 4PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 8.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
