Gabriela: Holiday house with large terraces

Beautiful recently renovated house, located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only 12 minutes' walk from Riells beach and the seafront promenade. The house has two large private terraces, front and back. It also has a communal swimming pool, which is available ONLY from June to the end of September.

Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure activities for children, supermarkets, water sports activities, etc.

The house is divided into two floors. It consists of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is air conditioning in the dining room and hallway. Two bathrooms with shower, spacious lounge-dining room with access to the front terrace, and American-style kitchen with access to the rear terrace. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house has a garage and there is also the possibility of parking on the street free of charge.

A total of 6 people can sleep in the house, in two double beds and one bunk bed. There is also the possibility of joining the neighbouring house to accommodate two families.

Pets are welcome and have a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is accepted.



Entry: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on public holidays contact the agency. The place for key collection: the agency. A deposit will be paid as a guarantee with card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of final cleaning.

Mandatory services: The tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
