Wonderful place!

The property was perfect. Loved the wrap around balcony with 2 street views. Very clean and updated! Very quiet even though we were so close to the Piazza. Air conditioning worked great when needed! Location doesn’t get any better, a short 1 minute walk to the Piazza, vending machines with expresso is a 30 second walk! Short walk to the beach! Always had a close parking spot at the house even with our 9 passenger large van. Francesco was very kind and greeted us with a 2nd set of keys! Definitely 100% recommend this vacation home! We already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

Perfect for a short stay

This is a lovely wee apartment just 1 minute walk from the main square with all its cafes and restaurants and just 5 minutes walk from the seafront. Nice atmosphere in the town and everyone very friendly. 5 minute walk to a small supermarket which had everything we needed. Cooking facilities were a bit limited, but with the supermarket and all the restaurants nearby it was fine for a few nights' stop. Very close to the airport and some of the car hire places too. Francesco was very welcoming and we greatly appreciated him collecting us from the airport when we arrived and ferrying us on to pick up a hire car. So glad to have the air conditioning in the bedroom too!

The flat was clean and well equipped with a lovely sun terrace and mezzanine, centrally located just a few steps from the main square and church, and close to two beaches. Francesco picked us up from the airport and took us back again as well as giving us a quick tour of Terrasini. No complaints, is just what we wanted.

Ideally located flat in centre of Terrasini

This little flat is perfectly located in the centre of Terrasini. Near many good shops and restaurants, it is also a very short distance from the bus that goes to Palermo and is close to sandy beaches. Francesco was friendly, efficient and helpful and the flat was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it and we hope to stay there again.

A very comfortable stay with a great host!

We were so lucky to have this property to stay at. It is near the town square with nightlife and great food and drinks. The host is very helpful and nice. The home is clean comfortable and has all the amenities. I would recommend this place!

Ottima posizione,vicino al Duomo. Circondato da :pizzerie, bar e pasticcerie, panifici grandi negozi di alimentari, vedi CONAD ed altri. Ristoranti con pesce fresco. Casa pulita e comoda. Il Sig. Ottimo e anche di più!

Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana scorsa (dal 2 al 9 giugno 2017) nell'appartamento considerato "più piccolo" ma che in realtà è molto grande! che dire... la casa è esattamente come da foto, l'abbiamo trovata pulita, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani profumavano di pulito. Attrezzata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, la casa è in centro, la sera si esce a piedi ed è pieno di locali e ristoranti. Sempre sotto casa ci sono i supermercati e i negozi. Posizione strategica anche per raggiungere le altre località. Per ultimo ma non per importanza... Francesco, il proprietario... una persona super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! Speriamo di non aver dimenticato niente, ma se abbiamo dimenticato qualcosa... era sempre tutto positivo! :-) Ancora grazie Francesco! Antonella & Paolo - Milano.

Appartamento perfetto padrone di casa squisito

Appartamento bello, grande, ben tenuto, con due camere da letto enormi, due bagni e una comodissima veranda con divano e poltrone in midollino. Non manca niente: stoviglie, tovaglie, biancheria,, il wi-fi che prende benissimo Per una famiglia di quattro persone è veramente l'ideale. Il padrone casa è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, all'arrivo ci ha dato il benvenuto con i cornetti della pasticceria Palazzolo. SI è pure premurato di procurarci l'abbonamento mensile al parcheggio sotto casa (ci sono le strisce blu). Esperienza molto positiva e assolutamente da consigliare.

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, presente ma non invadente. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort necessari di cui una lavatrice, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere da letto, asse e ferro da stiro..insomma qst appartamento lo consiglio a tutti, le foto non sono ingannevoli ma rispecchiano la realtà.

Très bel appartement à 5 mn de la plage

L'appartement est très bien, à la fois plein centre et à 5 mn de la plage, mais est aussi un excellent point de départ pour rayonner autour (Segesta, Palerme, Monreale, etc.) ses deux terrasses sont également très agréables et son propriétaire vraiment charmant. On ne peut que le recommander!

Accogliente casa vacanze

Ludmila: Appartamento si trova nel centro della citta’, vicino alla piazza Duomo e tutti posti necessari : supermercato, mercato, farmacia. Appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla sua descrizione: ampio, pulito. Dispone di una ampia terrazza. E’ comodissimo non solo per due nuclei famigliari ma anche per la famiglia con i bambini, perché ha due bagni. Il proprietario Francesco e’ una persona disponibilissima, e’ pronto ad aiutare. Ci ha incontrato all’aeroporto all’arrivo ed accompagnato in partenza. E’ veramente utile quando arrivi in un posto sconosciuto.

Appartamento delizioso. Ristrutturato recentemente, comodo e pulito. Una bellissima terrazza coperta con una tenda alta che non toglie aria. Bella anche la posizione centrale, vicino a servizi e mare. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Francesco il proprietario è una persona squisita. La consiglio vivamente e se ricapitassi dalle parti di Palermo riconfermerei lo stesso appartamento.

This is a lovely clean apartment very near the centre of Terrasini, although in a quiet location. A great feature of the accommodation is the large terrace, which is sunny, but not overwhelming because of the well designed canopy.

"L''appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione. È tenuto bene, dispone di una terrazza spaziosa dove è piacevole cenare. Barbecue a disposizione. L''aria condizionata in camera ci ha permesso di dormire bene nonostante le temperature elevate. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile: ci è venuto a prendere alla stazione al nostro arrivo a Terrasini e ci ha accompagnati all''aeroporto quando siamo partiti. (viviamo in Francia e non avevamo la macchina)."

"Appartement tel que décrit dans l''annonce : spacieux, lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. Situé en plein centre-ville (parfois un peu bruyant les soirées de week-end), mais à 800m de la plage, proche aéroport mais pas sous les couloirs aériens... bref bien situé. Propriétaire très prévenant et agréable. Une très bonne location, à recommander."
