Cozy and bright apartment with terrace in Palermo city center.



Vista sulle Cupole apartment is located on the last floor of a modern building in Via Napoli, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma. It is cozy and bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the terrace, which is equipped with a sofa, a table, a chaise longue. Inside you will find a living/sleeping area with a living room, a kitchen and a double bedroom, separated by a wall with shelves and a TV, which boasts beautiful views of the historical center. The bathroom with a large shower and a window completes the apartment.

The apartment is comfortable and the terrace allows guests to enjoy nice meals and drinks on sunny days.

PLEASE NOTE: guests can reach the fifth floor with the lift, where there is a staircase that leads to the sixth floor where the apartment is located.



Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.



The central train station is just 300 metres and there are many connections from/to the airport and to locations as Mondello and Monreale!

Exactly as advertised, great location and view. Everything you will need for a comfortable vacation stay. Enjoyed every minute in Palermo and this rental, couldn't have asked for more. Would absolutely stay here again.

Palermo Pad

Excellent service at check in as manager welcomed us. Clean apartment and within walking distance to many great sights. Deducted points as the jacuzzi (pictured in their VRBO site)we were looking forward to using is not functional. The bathroom door is a sliding door that is broken and does not completely close so decreased privacy. Parking very hard, but it is all over Palermo.

Pros: interior is spacious and very bright with lot of lighting. Two tvs were controlled with one remote but overall worked for us. Bathroom is spacious. Felt very clean. Area looks sketchy but you are close to main shopping/eating area. Cons: air conditioning was almost non existent. Very low fan. Should have provided a fan as we couldn't sleep all night. When we first enter the unit all the power is off until you turn on the house with the key. (You have to take the key with you when you leave) making the unit very hot. Also staircase had no lighting so when you enter the unit you can not see how to unlock door. (This turns on when you turn on the house) Waking down the stairs felt scary as lights keep turning off. (They are motion controlled) Lock on unit is also very difficult so you have to jiggle the key.

Ein Traum auf den Fotos, jedoch trügt der Schein.

Die Bilder wurden bestimmt gleich nach der Rennovation gemacht. Das weisse Sofa ist aber nicht mehr weiss und die Treppenstufen zum Pool bereits weiss gestrichen und die Farbe teils wieder abgeblättert. Da hätten wir noch ein Auge zugedrückt… Aus dem Abfluss im Bad kommt ein sehr übler Geruch, nach faulen Eiern, was anscheinend ein Problem der Stadt und deren Abwassersystem ist. Deshalb wurde zur Besichtigung gelüftet und als wir nacher die Fenster geschlossen haben für die Klimatisierung, ging es mit dem Geruch los… Der Rest der Wohnung ist schön. Schönes Bad, schöner Essbereich und Küche und top Lage! Der Mann, der die Wohnung zeigte war sehr freundlich und hat viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben uns aber wegen dem penetranten Geruch ein Hotelzimmer gesucht!

Perfekt gelegenes Apartment im Herzen von Palermo

Die Wohnung hat genau das gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Im Herzen von Palermo ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr große Dachterasse von welcher man einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt genießen kann. Alles in allem kann man dieses Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen.
