Tradicional island farmhouse- maisonette on the hill above the country of skiathos. Surrounded by an olive grove beside a pine forest with a wonderful view of the country of skiathos and the endless blue.
Friendly to the environment as it uses solar energy, and its traditional island decoration creates a very warm atmosphere.
Fully furnished,features a large diningroom ,kitchen ,bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed in the ground floor and the wooden staircase leading you to the loft accomondates 2 double beds.

Large balcony with barbecue for romantic dinners.

Pets are welcome upon request.

It is 10 minutes from the airport and from the center of skiathos, also 5 minutes from the nearest beach "megali ammos"

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso di trascorrere le vacanze in questa piccola isola del mar egeo, una scelta perfetta direi, il mare cristallino e l’ospitalità dei suoi abitanti ci hanno affascinato. La casa del sig. Gruccio poi perfetta per le nostre esigenze, partendo con tre figli al seguito, comoda, spaziosa, luminosa e con un panorama da spezzare il fiato. Pulita e arredata nel tipico stile greco, incantevole veramente. Meraviglioso poi fare colazione o guardare il tramonto durante la cena su quella splendida terrazza. Per non parlare del sig. Gruccio che ci ha letteralmente coccolati, aiutati e indirizzato alla scoperta dell’isola. Un consiglio è di affittare una piccola jeep le strade dell’isola non sono asfaltate ad eccezione delle strade principali.
