Galia Homes invites you to stay in this traditional, spacious fully air-conditioned villa with a large private pool 6x11m, set in mature beautifully landscaped gardens and just a few min walk from Carvoeiro centre and it's beaches /about 5-7 min walk/. Large sitting/ dining room with comfortable suite, fireplace, Sky TV (with free English channels) on the ground floor. Sliding doors open in to large sun terrace with outside furniture and view of the garden. There are three twin bedrooms all en-suite and kitchen on the ground floor. Large master double bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the first floor. The doors from the master open on to terrace with stunning sea views. There is a barbecue terrace off the kitchen facing the gardens and pool. the pool is fully fenced. The villa has private parking. Alarm system connected to the local police. Free Wi-Fi is available in the villa.

Perfect stay

The villa is in a perfect location about 10 minutes walk to the town. Beautiful gardens good sized pool and equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely be returning.

Villa lovely, clean and spacious. Pool great size but did become murky at the end of the 2 week stay but the response from the management team was fast and it was fine after that. Although close to town it was a good walk and uphill on the way back but Ubers were quick and reasonably priced. Building works next the villa which were active M-F 8-5 which was a little intrusive at times.

The villa is superb the best pool we’ve had in the Algarve. The location is great too with good access to the town. The cleaner was very good when she popped in part way through. There were issues however. The building work is quite impactful. There were several things missing from what we expected - bbq fuel, loo rolls, any cooking oil etc and we certainly left far more than we found on arrival. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Wonderful Villa and location

Very clean and spacious villa set in beautiful, well maintained grounds with an impressive sized pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything in Carvoeiro is within walking distance - No car required. Would love to go back if visiting Portugal with the family again.

Perfect Family Stay

My family of 7 adults enjoyed this property so much! Even in October we were able to swim in the pool. Bedrooms and baths were large and comfortable for everyone. Walked to the city center and beach. Boats for Benagil caves right there in town. Had great food at any of the restaurants. We stayed 19 days and it was lovely.

A delightful villa and lovely garden with everything you need for a relaxing holiday

The property is well equiped with lots of space and excellent facilities. We enjoyed the pool and gardens both lovely. We had with us two grandchildren and there was good safety in place around the pool for them. The house is in walking distance from the centre of town and beach where there is also a boardwalk along the clifftop. Plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets close by with a larger one 10 minutes by car. A great place for a family holiday.

Lovely stay

The villa was spotless. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living area made for very comfortable nights. The pool was large and very clean. We had heard that Ubers were fast and cheap and they really were. Much cheaper overall than renting a car and it mean we could visit lots of popular places without worrying about parking. There are 2 really well stocked grocery shops within 10 mins walk with fresh bread and croissants each morning. Stunning beaches within short distances. We were all very sad to leave and would book the villa again.

Great location close to town and lovely size swimming pool. Villa itself a little tired although pretty traditional tiling throughout. Beds very hard. Outdoor tables and chairs were wobbly or cheap plastic so not particularly comfortable. Although we were warned about the building work it is literally next door and the large crane towered over us by the pool and the amount of building work around the villa has spoiled any sea view that may have existed previously. The villa management company were very attentive however and dealt with internet not working when we arrived and electric gates breaking very quickly,

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der Casa Teodora und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist großzügig, gut ausgestattet und der Pool war für die Kinder das absolute Highlight. Die Innenstadt und der Strand sind in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – perfekt, um abends noch gemütlich essen zu gehen. Nebenan gab es zwar eine Baustelle, aber wir wurden vorher informiert und der Preisnachlass war fair. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

This was our first holiday in a Villa due to the covid we wanted to stay in our own bubble. We found this place to have everything and now we have done it and told our friends they`re too looking at holiday villas. We found the hill into town arduous at first but it wont stop us from coming back

Why they chose this property

Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the resort and the details regarding access to your holiday home. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 17H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.

What makes this property unique

A breakage deposit of €350 is required to be paid directly to us by bank transfer with the balance payment. This deposit will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned to your bank account within two weeks after your departure providing no breakages have occurred.  We reserve the right to charge extra breakage deposit for young/single groups. €100 per person. Should any breakages or extra cleaning require we reserve the right to hold on your deposit until the problem sorted and paid for.
