This luxury villa ticks all the boxes! Casa Dragao will comfortably sleep two families offering spacious and homely living accommodation. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac with the beach, bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Air-conditioning is also available at an additional cost. The villa has been refurbished with good quality furnishings, together with quality bed linen and Egyptian cotton towels. The property is tiled throughout and the living rooms are bright and airy with a very well equipped modern kitchen.

The outside living space is stylish and secluded with a private pool 4m x 7m (which may be heated at an additional cost) and a bespoke shaded area and traditional barbeque.

There are three bath/shower rooms and two of the four bedrooms have balconies - to enjoy that first drink at sundown! The villa is very suitable for families with a basket of toys for small children, together with 2 travel cots, highchair and 2 stairgates, a baby bath and blender. For the adults, there are two fridges; one being a large larder fridge to keep your drinks cold!

Pool heating is available upon request at £150 per week.
Air conditioning is available upon request at £120 per week.
Cots, highchairs and stair gates are available upon request free of charge.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, it has grown to be a sizable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm of the place, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarve style. The cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few night clubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities and fantastic beaches.

Tourist Tax cam into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no 425/2024, published in Diario da Republica no 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is 2 Euros per night during the high season (April to October) and 1 Euro during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of 7 straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
