If you’re looking at this, don’t hesitate A beautiful apartment in an amazing location, we spent most of our time on the fabulous terrace, chilling and enjoying the view, the lovely Virginie arranged fruit wine milk bread and juice on arrival, which was very much appreciated, the location was amazing and everything so accessible and comfortable, everything you could need, they thought of! Perfect Location and Fantastic Views

We were met at the property by Virginie who showed us around the apartment. The balcony overlooks the pretty marina with the lovely sandy beach to the right of the marina. The promenade is lined with many restaurants, bars, cafes and gift shops. The apartment with wraparound balcony on two sides is light and airy with plenty of furniture on the balcony. There is also a large day bed where you can relax and watch all the activity in the marina. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we appreciated the milk, orange juice, fruit, etc., that was left for is. We hope to come back one day.

Very nice appartment with wonderful view

We really enjoy our stay in this appartment. Fresh fruits, juice , milk, ect .. all you need is there. We feel like home. The view is very entertaining. We will definately come back again.

Wohnung muss dringend renoviert werden

Gute Lage und sehr gute Aussicht über Hafen und Strand, aber leider lässt der Zustand der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig! Hinter dem Bett schwarzer Schimmel, unter dem Bett dicke Staublage und gebrauchte Taschentücher, im Bad Farbe von der Decke und Ablage abgeplatzt, Schimmel im Abfluss der Dusche, in der Tür des Schlafzimmers fehlt eine Glasscheibe, der Heizkörper ist von der Wand gefallen und liegt auf dem Boden. Die Küchenelemente funktionieren, aber die Türen der Küchenmöbel schließen nicht mehr und die Öberflächen sind total verschlissen. Das Wohnzimmer ist soweit in Ordnung, jedoch ist ein ca. 1 Meter langer Riss in der Gardine und die Türklinke einer Terrassentür fehlt. Unter dem Teppich lag viel Sand. 2 Terrassenstühle sind verrostet und unbrauchbar und ein Teil der Lampe ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Teflonschichten der Bratpfannen waren total kaputt, aber auf unser Drängen wurden anstandslos 3 neue geliefert. Ohne Renovierung können wir diese Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen. Bonjour, j'ai eu effectivement des problèmes avec la personne en charge de mon appartement qui n'a pas fait le ménage correctement et ne m'a pas averti des peintures à refaire et autres soucis, n'étant pas sur place, je m'en remettais totalement à elle. je suis suis sincèrement désolée pour ces imprévus. lorsque les locataires m'ont avertis , j'ai fais immédiatement le nécéssaire.

Fabulously spacious and airy apartment, with superb views over the harbour and surrounding areas

The owner of this apartment is lovely, and met our needs with flexibility so that we could check in earlier/check out later. The apartment block has a lift and is easily accessible from the beach. Inside the apartment is clean and spacious, with a relaxed lounge area and a french boutique feel. The bathroom is large, with an enormous walk in shower which was wonderful. The kitchen included all the amenities you could want; microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one a double and one a twin, both with built in wardrobes. There is air con throughout, which cool you down in no time. You just have to empty the plastic bottles on the balcony regularly, which the pipes from the air con filter into. The balcony is the biggest selling point. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the outside day bed, eating at the table, or playing cards, all amongst the idyllic surroundings of the harbour and beachfront of El Campello. It was lovely watching the moon rising, particularly with it being the red moon! We enjoyed our stay here so much that I’m sure we will return in the not so distant future. Thanks to francoise for providing a superb location for our holiday.
