Family holiday

What a lovely apartment, absolutely as shown in the app. Theres access to a small beach with walks along the coastline in either direction at the back of the property. At the front there is a friendly square with great bars and restaurants. A 5 minute walk gets you the local shop or to the tramline which runs to both Alicante on one direction and Benidorm in the other. We bought a travel card which meant that any single trip out on the tram was less than 60c, a real bargain!

Yes, you faced the sea through the trees but the coast line was very rough, rocky and neglected with no proper sand and not suitable for swimning or sun bathing. The property stated with TV but solely European channels other than SKY News and BBC News in English. No storage place for groceries as owners contents consumed all cupboards. Rather remote with little to do when open but on tram line to access Benidorm/Alicante.

Très bel appartement, nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse, le bel espace de vie, très bien équipé, beaucoup d'accessoires en particulier dans la cuisine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Belle location

L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue, accès à la plage direct, restaurant en face de la résidence. Beaucoup de choses à faire et visiter à proximité (30mn de voiture) Contact au top avec l'agence très disponible et efficace.

Modern en licht appartement

Dit is een heerlijk licht appartement met moderne inrichting. Zeer schoon. Het balkon is erg aangenaam en ligt nagenoeg de hele dag in de zon. In de slaapkamers aparte bedden die ietwat stevig zijn en te kort zijn voor lange mensen. Lekker douche in een kleine badkamer. Keuken uitstekend geoutilleerd. Prima wifi. Parkeren helaas op straat. Cafe's en winkel in de buurt en tram naar Alicante/Benidorm op loopafstand. Omgeving is erg rustig. Prima communicatie en ontvangst met agent. Verbeterpunt is om de prijs correct aan te geven. We hebben meer betaald dan in de advertentie was aangegeven. Met de kerst ligt het huurbedrag for hoger!
