A beautiful apartment literally steps away from St Marks. The air con was a fantastic reprieve from the crazy heat!Communication was excellent and they even let us have the apartment for the rest of the day due to no one else checking in. An incredible stay for anyone with children- would highly recommend. We will be back!!

The owner Andrew was great, he meet us at the Rialto Water Bus station and walks us to the apartment. The unit was clean, towels were brand new, kitchen was stocked with cook ware and utensils. Great location close to St. Marks Square, many options for food and Water Bus stations. This was his Grandmothers home and it felt like a home. All remodeled and I would stay here again. Very quiet location

Andrew is an amazing communicator and so helpful in giving you information on how to get there and actually meets you at the Vapporatta!!! It was so nice staying in an accomedation , with history, in Venice! Very quaint.

We stayed in this lovely two-bedroom apartment for 3 nights (8-11 August 2026) and couldn’t have asked for a better base in Venice. The location was superb - just a short walk from San Marco Square, right in the heart of everything yet the apartment itself felt calm, quiet and comfortable.The air conditioning was excellent, which made a real difference during the August heat, and the space was more than roomy enough for our group (2 adults and 2 teenagers) across the two bedrooms. Communication with the host was great throughout, quick and helpful both before and during our stay. Andrew went above and beyond meeting us in person off the boat when we arrived late at night which made finding the apartment effortless The neighbourhood was a real highlight too. There’s a lovely cafe right beside the apartment block, perfect for a morning coffee and we had a wonderful meal at Serafina, the restaurant directly opposite the apartment. All in all a brilliant apartment in an unbeatable location, highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Just steps away from San Marco Square and center of anywhere else you need to get to in Venice. Even though it’s centrally located, it’s tucked away in a quiet little plaza of its own. Andrew met us from the boat dock and guided us to the apartment which was nice because Venice can be a maze. He was easy to contact and so sweet. The place was clean and had everything we needed. My two teenagers were able to sleep in even until noon, it was so quiet and no complaints from them. Everywhere we needed to go seemed like it was within 15 min of walking. Thank you Andrew for a wonderful stay in Venice.

Pro’s: very well situated (2 minutes from Piazza San Marco), very quiet, sufficiently big for 4 people.Con’s: not clean enough, old & dirty bathroom material, old bed in main bedroom, weak Wi-Fi, 25 EUR additional check-in fee for meeting the local representative 10 minutes after the 7PM deadline, while having the keys in a box would suffice.

Perfect Location

Perfect location for walking everywhere in Venice. 70 meters to St Mark’s Square but tucked away in a quiet courtyard with no noise. Andrew met us at the nearest Vaparetto stop and took us to the apartment to explain everything and made suggestions for restaurants. A great 5 night stay.

Awesome location and air conditioning

A very short walk from St. Marco’s Square, in the center of the action, with glorious air conditioning, and a TV, basic washer and drying rack. Fun decorations. The only “problem” was that the kids wanted to hang out in the apartment the whole time! Would stay here again, no question!

Great property in perfect location. Quiet, but only steps away from San Marco Square, Rialto Bridge, etc.. Apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. Some minor maintenance was needed, but nothing that affected our overall stay. Check-in instructions and communication methods could have been better, but the on-site property host was ill so we were communicating with three different individuals. So I suspect it is not normally this confusing. All-in-all we loved our stay.
