Good size rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient location

Very comfortable beds and big rooms. Very close to the metro in amongst the shops. Quiet at night, apart from the traffic. Helpful rep on arrival, recommended good places to eat and flexible with our arrival delay. Given the price would have expected some basic foods/ welcome package. Lack of air conditioning would have been a real problem if the temperature had been hotter. Different levels of flooring could be a problem for young children or persons with mobility issues. Need extractor fans in the bathrooms and shelves. Lack of draw space in two of the bedrooms. Mirrors with nearby plug sockets in all bedrooms would have been useful. Really enjoyed Porto and the apartment enabled easy sleeeping and access to everywhere
