Welcome to our Town House Casablanca 38 in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!
Casablanca 38 is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus)

Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.

Casablanca 38 is the largest and oldest property in Oasis de Capistrano, it is an old farmhouse built in a very rustic design with beamed ceilings and very thick stone walls and is build on two floors. The house is of a high standard and is very spacious and built in Spanish rustic style. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with sun protection and space for sun loungers in the smaller garden. Upstairs there is a sun terrace with sun loungers that have nice sea views and view over the Oasis de Capistrano's garden. Casablanca 38 is one of the more spectacular accommodation in the Oasis de Capistrano area.

Casablance 38 has great character.

Very good, comfortable, great location quiet sertting , very private. It is an older villa with great character. It is however in need of maintenance to some of the electrical and plumbing fixtures. Would return.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Wonderful house. Great for a group of adults. Has all the essentials. Lots of steps though but we knew that. Convenient bus close by.

Spacious property in complex with pretty gardens

We were a party of 4 adults and very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was well equipped with everything required for a self catering stay and was within 15 minutes of the local beach and a short walk to a good restaurant/bar. The communal pool and gardens were beautiful. The only drawback was the access, with numerous steps to climb up/down to and from the property and a steep descent to the beach. Ok if you are fit and well but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great stay in Peaceful locatìon

Overall this a great spacious property on a lovely quiet urbanisation. It is relatively well equipped and was nice and clean. Owner was quick and responsive when we couldn't get the keys (although we were 30 mins early and just wanted to drop bags). If there was a few things to improve on it would be some new towels (ones left were threadbare) and some parts of the property could do with just a bit of TLC ie some touching up of paintwork outside but hardly any major issues.

Dejligt ophold i stort rækkehus i smukke omgivelser

Skønt og roligt sted. Dejligt rækkehus med god plads. Gode senge. Ligger lidt væk fra byen, og det kan være svært at få fat i en taxa - men en skøn gåtur til byen, hvis det ikke er for varmt.
