Welcome to Casa Ladera Andaluz, a newly refurbished 2 bedroom bright and spacious apartment in the exclusive urbanization of Ladera del Mar.
The accommodation has a high quality kitchen with appliances, a modern bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. When you step out on the terrace you get a breathtaking view of the sea and sun from sunrise to sunset.

New kitchen, fully equipped for a chef; new bathroom with heated floor! We enjoyed this comfortable, trouble-free place for a month. Landlord was very helpful. We would certainly return. Ladera del Mar is an established community with well-maintained units and lovely gardens. You can walk to Nerja-centre if you are fit; we normally get a car. There was ample parking in March.

We had a wonderful time in Nerja. The apartment feels more like a house, than an apartment and is very well appointed with everything you may need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. The location is close to the sea, walking distance to downtown (and you can bus or taxi back). And the view is to die for.

Fabulous Apartment

Really lovely apartment away from busy Nerja but still walkable to all it has to offer. It felt more like a villa than an apartment and was really well appointed and comfortable. The views were amazing.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment

Amazing flat with sunny terrace

Very amazing flat with a super sunny terrace. The whole flat was very well equipped and has everything you might need during your stay. Also it was spotlessly clean and the communication with the owner beforehand was great and uncomplicated. We would return without any doubt!

Gorgeous Casa Andaluz!

The views from the terrace are the drawing card for this property. Unbeatable 180deg vistas over the ever-changing Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is beautiful, exactly as described and offers everything individuals, couples, families & friends could want or need for a short or long stay here. Not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues (exterior stairs). The development is gorgeous and well maintained. The beach is very close by, Nerja a lovely walk along the beach or 3 min drive to restaurants & shops & a town bus stop at the main road. The location is perfect for car (recommended) trips to Malaga, Granada, Ronda & Seville, as well as the many White Villages of Andalucia. We stayed 5 weeks in Feb/Mar 2023 and loved every moment of it. The hosts, Mikael & Cecilia, are generous and very helpful if needed but not intrusive, and Menyber staff are exceptional. We would highly recommend Casa Andaluz and hope to come back again! Thank you Mikael & Cecilia! Loretta & Joe, Toronto, Canada

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir waren Mitte Juni/25 für 10 Tage in der Unterkunft.Es war alles perfekt!Betten sind klasse und die Terrasse hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen.Ein großer Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Couch runden alles ab.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die kleine grüne Oase vor der Tür, schön schattig und kühl.Der absolute Hammer ist die Küche! Wir hatten noch nie so eine top ausgestattet Küche! Und wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen.Die Nähe zu Nerja und Stränden ist perfekt, man benötigt aber ein Auto dafür.In der Umgebung ist mehr zu unternehmen, als wir im Urlaub Zeit hatten.Absolute Empfehlung!Frank

Traumblick!

Das Appartement ist in der Realität noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Es war wirklich ein „Wow“ Effekt beim Ankommen. Es ist super ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und kann klimatisiert werden (da es auch Anfang Oktober noch sehr heiß war, war dass super). Anmerkung für den ein oder anderen mit z.b. Knieproblemen: Der Weg zu Fuß von der Hauptstraße aus hoch zum Appartement (z.B. von Nerja aus kommend) ist relativ steil. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Appartement absolut empfehlen!

Wunder schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einen kleinen Elektrogrill für die Terrasse wäre schön gewesen. Tolle Aussicht,ruhige Lage und genügend Parkplätze. Viel zu viele Treppen zur Wohnung und zum Pool, TV war für uns sehr kompliziert.

Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Strandurlaub, als auch für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Februar

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist wirklich klasse. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist toll, mit Waschmischine, Spülmaschine und sogar einer Saftpresse hat man alles, was man braucht. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Hauptschlafzimmer kein Fenster nach draußen hat, sondern nur zum Wintergarten. Nachts kommt dann nicht so viel Frischluft herein. Das ist aber lediglich ein sehr kleiner Wermutstropfen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Als kleiner Tipp: In Torrox gibt es eine deutsche Bäckerei, wo man auch Vollkornbrot bekommt. :)

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt, kann man immer noch den Ausblick von der verglasten Terrasse genießen. Noch nie haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche, in einem Apartment, vorgefunden. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können dieses Apartment weiterempfehlen.
