About this property
Bijoux apartment
Newly built apartment, ten years old. Located on the first floor, in a building of 4. 75 square meters. It can accommodate 4 people. Consisting of kitchen (fully stocked with all crockery) lounge with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, closet, garage, two balconies.
Complete with every comfort (and also with sheets and bathroom sets) since we owners have always lived it. Hot and cold air conditioning in every room, plasma television in the living room and bedroom. Located 2km walk from the historic center of Alghero, along the magnificent promenade that runs alongside the sea.
Services all at hand, even the sea, only 100 meters away. Parking under the house.
Bus with stop under the house that connects airports and neighboring beaches.
