A 3-BEDROOM, 2 Bath, two story house with over 1,800 sq. in the Balls Neck area. Within 2 miles of 2 state parks at the Chesapeake Bay, 1000 feet away from 2 fishing charters, 8 miles from Kilmarnock, ideal for Hunting Seasons on 9Acres and double panoramic decks, nonsmoking, no pets.
This spacious house has a master bedroom with private bath located on the first floor. With a Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms on second floor have 2 twin beds and they share the second full bathroom. The bunk bed bedrooms has an internal window—it isn’t really safe for young kids, if someone is traveling with kids you should know that one room can only be used for adults.

We rotate the furniture in the house to be suitable for meetings, classes, events, art, music, and poetry shows.
The Northern Neck of Virginia is very rich in history and has amazing, picturesque little towns that are fun to explore. Kilmarnock also has a Food Lion, Wal-Mart, CVS, and Walgreen for necessities.
This great area is close to all the best amenities - golf at the world renowned Tides Inn, dine at one of the many restaurants located within 15 minutes, rent a canoe at Belle Isle park, tour charming waterfront villages, the Chesapeake Bay, vineyards, or historic homes & gardens. Washington, D.C. is 2.75 hrs. away, Richmond and Airport 1.5 hrs., Colonial Williamsburg-Busch Gardens & King's Dominion theme parks are 1.5 hours away, Newport News airport is also 1.5 hrs.
The area is well-known for its great fishing and there are also many charter boats that go out for half-day and full-day trips to fish for Croakers, Spot, Spanish mackerel, White-Striper (Bass/Rockfish), Flounder - and more.
Take a look at the Northern Neck Tourism Council website to view events and attractions in the area. Also, a wonderful guide for the area, The Rivah, lists even more information, great local attractions, festivals, events, and even has a dining guide.

You are welcome at any time to contact us with any questions ,also about the art. Part of a unique collection, these are not just paintings hanging on the wall. Each one has a story to tell, and what you see may not reveal what and why each was done. You will be surprised.
The Neighborhood
Peace, security. Easy access In mid of peninsula North, Potomac River, South Rappahannock river, and the wide's part of the Chesapeake Bay.
Other Things to Note. Since my arrival in 1985 people always swim, fishing etc. No fishing now. Definite most of a park rules applied.
Please we are happy to meet you. We can help as much is possible. Be kind in your review. So do we. It is for inspiration. Yes is to much art can be overwhelming. I need about 10 more buildings to display my work

About the host
Hosted by alvaro Ibañez & wife Denise DeVries
Like most immigrants, after many circumstances I was experiencing in my birth country, I chose to start a new life in a new land. That country was the United States. Art is my life. “I live for art not from art.” Since my arrival, I have dedicated all my potential to sponsoring art and artists in all the creative fields. I promote, encourage, and mentor all of them that never were touched by art, or don’t believe in themselves, or are afraid to show because they are afraid of comments. I open shows and spaces to display their work regardless of their experience and background, as long as they have the idea and or need to explore creativity. Many became very well known creative people, some found their lives changed, with a lot more to live for, because whoever is involved in art lives a great life. If you have a disastrous place, as soon as you move art in, it becomes enchanted and shines. It is the same with life.
Why they chose this property
I founded Alvaro Ibañez Museum (AIM), where everyone in the world can visit my personal collection. An international creativity community bringing together painters, poets, dancers, sculptors, photographers, actors, all kind of writers, and their audiences and friends for rest and renewal. We do workshops and seminars as well as displaying and promoting other artists.
