The Villa is located in the most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen Playacar with golf courses, tennis courts, spa, green areas, walking and cycling areas
The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private terrace and whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds and the third bedroom has a full size bed as well as direct access to the swimming pool. The villa has a large living room and large kitchen that overlook the furnished garden for dining or relaxing. The swimming pool is large and shared with other villas of the Mayamar group
Mayamar is located in the peaceful exclusive community of "Playacar" phase 2, surrounded by lots of greenery and golf courses. It has quiet paths for walking or cycling. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from 5th Avenida. A very comfortable and safe Villa with constant vigilance

Was the worst ever experience when renting via VRBO

I would like to warn you about renting this place. The host was totally uncooperative. After I got the rental confirmation our group bought the plane tickets. Then I tried to contact the host sending multiple messages and calling the number listed online many times. It looked like the number was inactive. They never answered my calls and I didn't get the condo access info to get inside. About 4 days before our group arrival I contacted the VRBO staff to report the problem. They were not helpfull at all. My daily calls to check the resolution status were met with the answer that "they are working on it" and I should wait. So on the departure day we didn't have the condo access info and there was no reply from the VRBO staff. We didn't have a place to go into. The next day after our arrival to Mexico VRBO informed us that they refunded the rental payment with no explanation and no apology and the condo is still listed on the website. So be careful.

The outside pool was lovely. The inside was lacking a few things, in the kitchen was definitely lacking a few things, other than that it was great.
