Located in a beautiful green rural exclusive residential area, close to the AUTOCIRCUIT VAN ZOLDER and with VERY SMOOTH CONNECTION ON AUTOSTRADE E313 ANTWERPEN-AKEN.
Studio HORATIO is a beautiful studio with separate entrance, 2 single beds which can be a double queensize bed too, dining and work area, dressing room, marble bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and double sink. Guests also have a washer and dryer. An extra third single bed is possible.
Very suitable for business and work travelers as well as for holiday stays in the beautiful green Limburg. Hasselt and Genk are a short distance away, but also Maastricht, Aachen, Antwerp, Brussels are easily accessible via the motorway.
Swimming pool, golf course and bicycle rental, airport shuttle, office and meeting board rental is available in the nearby area.
In STUDIO HORATIO up to 3 guests can stay - 2 is standard and 1 (on request) in an extra bed.

The equipment does not correspond to reality

The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. There are three doors to the landlady's private area in the apartment, which are also used by the landlady when entering the bedroom and bathroom. A restful night's sleep was not possible on all three nights due to annoying and persistent noises from the landlady and her dogs well after midnight. Criticism is rejected by the landlady in a very manipulative manner (e.g. about the non-existent kitchen: "you don't need to cook here, there are very good restaurants in the area" or about the non-installed TV: “people don't watch TV nowadays without it”). The blame or responsibility for all these shortcomings is assigned to the guests and critics are labeled as malicious person. [Translated with DeepL.com (free version)]

Slecht verblijf

Slechte communicatie, woning was niet optimaal schoon. Badkamer en kamer erg vies , liepen honden rond op het terrein, insecten, spinnenwebben in het huis overal.

Meneer ging eerst een namiddag slapen in de gehuurde kamer met zijn vriend en wilde ‘s avonds pas zijn huurprijs terug. Als je er niet op ingaat - op dergelijke ‘eisen’- krijg je dan dit soort reactie. Soms krijgt men helaas crapuleuze gasten over de vloer die het systeem misbruiken.
