North Scottsdale...townhome at The Fountains . Clean and Safe!!!
Extra Large(1800sf) townhouse located in the center of Scottsdale Ranch in North Scottsdale. Only minutes from attractions in every direction; this property is close to hiking, golfing, spas, shopping, casinos, and restaurants. On the second floor are two extremely large master suites with new beds, each with private bath and 18 foot vaulted ceilings with skylights. Last but not least, there is a lovely, relaxing pool that will make you feel like you’re at a resort.
With regards to Covid 19, my townhouse is typically rented to only one renter in the fall/winter and professionally cleaned from top to bottom before entry. This year nobody has occupied since May 31, 2022, so you may rent for the season with complete confidence.

My wife and I purchased this townhome in 2005. This is one of the finest condo developments in all of Scottsdale, with mature landscaping and an absolutely beautiful pool. It is in North Scottsdale but centrally located close to golf, restaurants, spas, casinos, shopping. Walk out the door and you are only minutes away from nearly all that Scottsdale has to offer. We have this town house set up as our home, and we hope that you will feel at home in it as much as we do when we are able to get to it.

What makes this property unique
Beuatiful pool feels like you are at a resort; our town house is extra large with a premium of living space for a condominium. Eat outside or just relax on our covered patio which offers unusual privacy within the complex. Two parking spaces just steps from your door offer convenience if you have visitors. Salt River baseball and Talking Stick Casino are 5 minutes away, as are restaurants and shopping
