The GIRASOLE apartment is the largest of the La Casalta villa complex, on the ground floor and with an independent entrance, Girasole is spacious, elegant, finished with rustic wooden elements and Tuscan terracotta floors, carefully furnished with period furniture. The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor, a large living area of 70 sq m equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a long solid wood table. Also in the living area there is a corner with a kitchen (fully equipped) surrounded by a wooden and marble counter. An elegant wooden staircase leads to the second floor where the two spacious bedrooms are located, each with its own bathroom. On the exclusive garden portion of the apartment, in front of the entrance door, there is a large veranda of 30 m2 complete with wooden table and benches. A small part reserved in the context of the large park-garden that surrounds the whole villa for 4 hectares.
