Singular Stays Parque Central IX
Our guest will have at their disposal in the apartment 3 double bedrooms, one double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower and glazed kitchen fully equipped.
In addition, the flat has free wifi, Smart TV, safe box, iron, terrace and original mosaic floor.
The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the tkey by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our free luggage storage based at the reception.
For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.
A deposit will be charged before the start of the stay.

The apartment itself was great and exactly as described.
This is the first time booking through VRBO, that there has been a property management company involved in the process. From the owners standpoint, it probably makes things simpler, but we were not impressed at all and found their communication to be quite poor.

They said they sent check in instructions via email after it took a couple of weeks and a call from VRBO to get them to send me a payment link. I never got check in instructions. Then we got instructions via WhatsApp and the key didn't open our door. We had to wait on the stairs for someone from the office to come in. The floor didn't seem mopped and many tiles were popping up. The walls had dirty handprints on them and the shower head in one of the bathrooms shot water over the shower wall. The couches are uncomfortable and falling apart. It was SO LOUD at night. You can hear everything happening at the surrounding apartments and on the road. We got very little sleep. It was a good location. Hopefully some fixes will be made and it will be a better vacation rental.

No es culpa vuestra pero lo único un poco de ruidos exterior que a lo mejor con unas mejores ventanas quitarías bastante ruido

Amazing apartment
Stayed only 2 nights in the apartment but it's a perfect apartment for longer stays also.
Really good place to come with friendfamily.
Very clean and well decorated just like the pictures.
Good location
I definitely recommend it!
