Dune Vacation Rentals presents "433 Western Lake Drive" an ultimate luxurious home with magnificent views of Western Lake! Located in the most desirable WaterColor district, Park, this home is a short walk to the beach and all the central services of WaterColor including the shops the WaterColor Inn, and the Fish Out of Water restaurant. The stunning grandeur, quality, and setting of this home will surely captivate you and your family during your beach vacation!
This home has been professionally decorated with no detailed missed from the reclaimed farm wood beans, cypress/shiplap walls, Chicago reclaimed brick, and river rock that can be found throughout all three stories. The first floor features an open flow from the living room to the kitchen with a spacious dining table that can accommodate 8 guests and a beautiful center island with bar stool seating for 5 guests. The outdoor space has a lovely screened-in porch with a fireplace, grill, kitchen and comfortable seating to enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv. The first floor also offers a wood paneled office, laundry room, and a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom.
The second floor of the home has 4 guest bedrooms each with a king sized bed and private bathroom. There are two master suites and bathrooms on this floor. One suite has vaulted ceilings, a sitting nook with two chaise lounge chairs that overlook the serene park and lake views, an exquisite bathroom with separate vanities, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second suite has vaulted ceilings, private bathroom, and a wet bar. There is a laundry room with two washers and dryers and ample counter/storage space.
The third floor has an open lounge space at the top of the stairs with a wet bar, comfortable seating and a tv for relaxing and gathering around. There is a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and built-in bunk bed (2 twins) that is ideal for a young family to share. An additional bunk room with a twin over twin bunk is on this floor as well. The theatre room with a projector tv is a wonderful way to end your evenings and is the icing on the cake when it comes to the perfect family vacation!

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional clean charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 beach cruisers.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL RATES:
Additional Rental Rates include the following items: Amenity Passes, Bike Fee, PDP Fee, Cleaning Fee, Admin Fee, Pool Heat, and CSA Trip Insurance.
