About this property

Ancient farmhouse located in a small valley at the foot of the hills around Lucca. The house has been restored with care and taste, respecting the original architectural features. It offers a good level of peace and tranquility, with a pleasant view of the cultivated countryside and the surrounding woods. There is a large natural lawn around the house where the swimming pool is located (10 m in diameter), each of which is for the exclusive use of guests. The park around the house is an ideal and safe playground for children.

For better comfort there is an extra well-equipped kitchen with all the services.

Verbouwde boerderij met veranda in een mooie omgeving met zwembad.

Gebouw is oud en hokkerig. Tuin en zwembad schitterend.

Convivial

Nous etions 3 familles et avons passé un très agréable séjour. La table de la terrasse permet faire de tres beaux repas familiaux et agréables soirées d'été. La piscine et le grand jardin un grand atout. Les parents du propriétaire habitent dans la maison mais sont très discrets et prennent soins de la piscine.

tolles Ferienhaus

Ein tolles Objekt! Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war nicht ganz so gut aber bei 14 Personen wie wir waren auch nicht ganz einfach! Die Eltern wohnen mit im Haus aber separat und waren sehr diskret! Der Pool war herrlich und wurde jeden früh gereinigt! Haus ist sehr sauber aber uhrig innen was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat! Objekt liegt zu der Stadt Florenz 1h und zu Pisa und dem Meer ca 45min also keine lange Fahrzeit! Vom Geschirr her ist alles vorhanden nur eine Kaffeemaschine sollte man mitnehmen und wenn man Kuchenbacken will ein Form. In 1km Entfernung ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft wo man Brötchen und das nötigste bekommt ansonsten muss man min 3km fahren! Der Vermieter versteht sehr gut Englisch somit war die Kommunikation recht einfach und wir durften eher ein bzw auch später auschecken! Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung also man wird nirgendwoher gestört und kein unmittelbarer Nachbar! Nur die Tigermücken waren eine Plage aber mit geeignetem Spray und Kerzen ging es! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

vacanze di sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto in questa splendida casa di campagna con la nostra grande famiglia (in totale 12 persone tra grandi e piccoli). La casa é bellissima, molto ben situata vicino a Lucca e a un'ora da Firenze. E' arredata con gusto, spaziosa e tranquilla. La piscina é ben tenuta e pulita tutti i giorni. Il terreno intorno é semplicemente magnifico, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere dei piccoli di cinghiale e, ai limiti della proprietà, dei cerbiatti!! La consigliamo veramente a tutti. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto discreti.E abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di avere le uova fresche tutti i giorni!
