Located in one of the main streets of Seville in the heart of the Remedios district (Seville), luxuriously equipped with all the comforts for a stay in the city, in a very quiet area. Carefully decorated. In the heart of Seville. Close to the cathedral, giralda, Santa Cruz district, Reales Alcázares and all the monumental surroundings of the historic centre. Less than 50 metres from Seville's April fair, which you can enjoy from the balcony of the property. Unbeatable location.
Magnificent flat with a perfect location to visit the centre of Seville on foot. It is a flat with all amenities within walking distance of the centre of Seville and about 300 metres from the Metro station. The flat is fully furnished with five single beds, which comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Dolcegusto coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer and we include toiletries (hand and bath soap, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel) and fresh towels. The flat has hot/cold air conditioning and TV. It is very bright and well ventilated.
Kitchen: 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Dolcegusto coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, etc.
Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe, bed linen and towels.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is just a 1 mile walk from a huge free car park (we didn't explore buses etc) It is on Calle Asuncion, a pedestrianised shopping street with cafes, a good convenience store almost opposite, bakeries and nice shops. No traffic, and very quiet at night. We sat on the balcony watching humanity go by. The place was very clean, with 5 comfortable beds, a good shower, a big fridge/freezer, good security and quiet neighbours. A short walk into the tourist spots. Communication with Pedro was prompt and clear. Highly recommended.

Excellent location

Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. Location is amazing! So much within walking distance. Parked in parkade near by, 32 Euro a day. Overlooking the street I was afraid it would be loud all night but it wasn't. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is more like a laundry room with a fridge and stovetop.The hot water tank is tiny, so we were only able to shower hours apart and only had two minutes of hot water. There were 5 of us and we wanted to be out and about together so we found this inconvenient inconvenient.

Schöne zentrale Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer netten Fußgängerzone. Über die Brücke erreicht man schnell die Altstadt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte super, und wir durften sogar früher rein und am Abreisetag später raus, was mit dem Gepäck sehr geholfen hat.

El piso está en un primero con ascensor de una calle peatonal con varios comercios y tiendas debajo, pero no bares ni terrazas, por lo que no hay ruidos. A 50m la plaza de Cuba, y desde ahí ya ves el centro, cruzas el río y no hace falta transporte público. Habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas. La cocina es chiquitita, pero para lo poco que se utiliza de viaje, suficiente. Varios útiles de cocina, pero escasa en menaje para cinco. Pedro fue flexible en entrada y salida, y siempre estuvo disponible y eso se agradece. Volvería nuevamente.

We loved it! Our goal was to stay among the locals and experience Sevilla and Pedro’s apartment was perfect! We gained more than a Sevilla experience, we got a Triana experience! Los Remedios neighbourhood, so much to offer, we really got more than we ever expected or could have imagined! So close to everything, The Alcazar, Torre del Oreo, Bullring, Guadalquivir River, Plaza España, great food, all within walking distance. Thank you Pedro, your home was perfect!

Location d'une semaine en famille à 4 dont 2 enfants. L'appartement est idéalement situé car proche du coeur de Séville. Facilité de faire les courses car magasins très proches. Un grand merci à Pedro Miron, qui nous a accueillit très chaleureusement alors que nous sommes arrivés à minuit. L' appartement était impeccable, très propre. Il est très bien situé dans une rue piétonne, à 2 minutes à pied de la place de Cuba, où se trouvent bus, bus touristique et taxis.Je vous conseille le pass pour le bus touristique. Nous avons avec un couple d'amis arpenté les rues de Séville pendant 2 jours, mais il nous reste encore tellement à découvrir que nous gardons précieusement cette adresse. Hasta pronto Sr Miron!

l'appartement est très propre, situé dans une piétonne commerçante mais calme, et à proximité immédiate des lieux de visites, taxis (plaza de Cuba). nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous le recommandons. point non négligeable la literie est de bonne qualité. la supérette en face de l'immeuble est également un vrai plus.

The property met all our expectations, lovely décor and facilities and in a very safe area of Sevilla. Pedro was most welcoming and met us outside the apartment. It did help having a Spanish speaker amongst us as Pedro has little English. The four of us were comfortable and soon felt at home. The apartment was very good value for money and we would certainly book again the next time we visit the city. The area was perfectly situated for touring the sites, in an interesting shopping street mainly closed to traffic, with a bakery next door and within ten minutes walk of the main tourist areas.

Diese Wohnung liegt sehr schön an der Fußgängerzone und alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.Sie ist sauber und ordentlich. Leider verfügt der Wohn/Essbereich nur über ein Fenster zum Innenhof, so dass man dort ohne Lampenlicht nicht sitzen kann. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwar ein Fenster zur Straße, dieses wird aber von feststehenden Lamellen abgedunkelt. Da wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbracht haben, hat uns das nicht so sehr gestört. Wir würden die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage und des Preises auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Appartement très bien situé,

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, nombreuses documentations ; appartement très bien situé permettant de visiter Séville à pied, proche de la cathédrale, de l'Alcazar etc. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, dans une petite ruelle, très calme, à proximité de commerces, il permet une immersion dans la vie Sévillane. Une très bonne adresse.

Appartement très facile à trouver. Parking surveillé à proximité, très abordable avec un abonnement pour une semaine. Propriétaire charmant se déplaçant un dimanche sous une pluie battante. Immeuble ancien mais de bon standing (ascenseur).Dans l'appartement, tout le confort et une déco personnelle qui laisse l'impression d'être hébergé chez des amis. Et pas de bruits intempestifs, contrairement à ce que certains avis laissent comprendre. La rue, piétonne, s'anime le matin lorsque les enfants vont à l'école à 9h puis à l'ouverture des magasins à 10h. Par le bavardage des habitants du quartier, on participe à la vie de ce quartier, d'une façon très agréable. A 22h, plus personne ne vient troubler le calme des lieux. Et puis Séville est vraiment enchanteresse, son patrimoine est très bien mis en valeur, on peut circuler à pied, en vélo ou en bus sans difficultés. Muchas gracias para todo!

Superbe appartement, tout confort. Meubles équipements et décorations de grande qualité, la réalité correspond aux photos . Très agréable à vivre. Jesús est très sympathique et nous a conseillé pour notre tourisme. Le quartier est calme. IDÉALEMENT situé dans le centre piéton à quelques minutes à pied des principaux points culturels. Nous vous la recommandons (nous en avons d'ailleurs parlé à nos amis et si nous revisitons l'Andalousie, ce qui est fort possible, nous retournerons ici A RECOMMANDER FORTEMENT!!!

Perfecto

El piso está muy bien situado, es muy grande y está equipado con todo lo necesario (lavadora, secadora, menaje, microondas, cafetera,, etc.). Es perfecto para cuatro personas, ya que además de las dos habitaciones muy grandes. Los dueños son muy agradables y muy rápidos a la hora de confirmar la reserva y aclarar dudas.

Perfect, très bon choix!

La situation au coeur du centre historique de Séville est parfaite, tout se fait à pied! L'appartement est très central et calme à la fois. Jesus est un hôte très attentif, tant par ses conseils sur le moment que par sa disponibilité et l'organisation parfaitement pensée de l'appartement. Tout est là, du presse orange au produits d'entretien, à chacun d'apporter sa petite pierre pour que le sentiment de commodité se perpétue. C'est facile avec la superette en bas de l'immeuble!
