Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at our fantastic luxurious holiday home...

3 Bed Luxury Lakeside Abi Clearwater 40ft x 20ft Lodge with your own private fishing jetty, private hot tub, wrap around decking, with lockable gates and built in lighting.

Perfect location. Set in 360 acres of woodland and lakes located in the heart of Lincolnshire in Tattershall Lakes Country Park.

Entertainment areas and facilities all within a 10 to 15 minute walk from the Lodge. We are situated on a fishing lake (Osprey Lake) with beautiful views of the lake and your very own fishing pitch. The Jet ski lake is a10 min walk away.

Beautiful open aspect holiday home, modern contemporary style. 3 Bedrooms, 1 king bed, 4 x full size singles and double sofa bed. All linen and towels, tea towels provided within the price.

**Private fishing included - you must obtain a fishing licence to be able to fish on the lake. These can be brought from your local post office. You must have a licence and your own fishing equipment**

PLEASE NOTE: You are booking the accommodation only. To access the site facilities you will need to purchase guest passes. Prices vary, please ask for confirmation of prices.

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Place all used towels in one of the bathrooms.
Take all rubbish to bins provided at the exit of the Fairway. Do not leave on the decking as this attracts vermin and wildlife.
Place jets in the key safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Follow hot tub rules at all times. Please remove your shoes inside the lodge, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean and tidy.
Please take all rubbish to the rubbish bins at the entrance of the Fairway. Do not leave rubbish in lodge or on decking. Thank you in advance.
Please report any damage or breakages immediately. Follow all rules as listed in the Welcome Pack and also as listed inside the lodge. Thank you.

The lodge is stunning with everything you could possible need. The Proseco and biscuits were a really nice touch. The lodge is at the quieter end of the park with amazing views across the lake!. Fabulous chalet. Shame about the weather

Arrived in glorious sunshine and the chalet was wonderful and opening the fridge it was full of goodies. The outlook was wonderful and at the moment there are flocks of goslings wandering around (with their parents) which my granddaughter was fascinated with. There was everything you could think of in the chalet already, including towels, tea towels, coffee machine (with pods) dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods. The weather unfortunately didn’t hold but it gives us the opportunity to return when there’s BBQ weather in the future. Thanks Julie for a great experience.

A perfect weekend in a beautiful and well presented cabin.

We arrived at the Cabin Friday night and were welcomed by a beautiful clean well equipped cabin with a couple of treats left for us to start the weekend, just lovely. The info pack provided was very informative and had everything needed for the stay. There's plenty to do around the area, however, I warn you not to plan too much to do, you wont want to leave!!! We had activities planned all weekend and whenever we went to leave I'd look longingly at the deck, hot tub and BBQ wishing we could just stop there all day. This is in fact what we did on Sunday, cancelled all plans and just enjoyed the view, had another BBQ and chilled in the hot tub. All in all just and amazing stay! More details specifically about the property, the beds were very comfy, the inside and outside tables would happily seat 8 adults. The hot tub fit 6 "larger" adults with no issues. If you like wildlife you'll be visited by a variety or Ducks, Geese, Swans and other birds that walk about right in front of the deck. When we visited, there were many flyovers from old military aircraft, this was pretty awesome to watch from the deck with a beer, you're not far from the airfield just over the tree line. There's good selection of DVDs if needed. The showers were better than I have at home, good pressure and temperature. All in all, hard to put into words how great the experience was. Huge thank you to Julie and her team, great communication and very friendly!! Will 100% be looking to stop again should the occasion arise.

I have been hosting for a number of years, I pride myself on providing a home from home setting for my guests. I want my guests to feel welcome as soon as they walk through the door.

Why they chose this property

I chose this location on site for it's beautiful view over the lake, the location is very peaceful, yet not too far from the facilities. Tattershall is also a very central location for exploring Lincolnshire, it's a 40 minute drive to Lincoln, which is an amazing city full of history with it's Cathedral and Castle. Woodhall Spa a few minutes drive is also a lovely town with some amazing independent shops, the old fashioned picture house (Kinema in the woods), some lovely places to eat like the Tea house in the Woods, or Woodlands Cafe. There are several golf causes close by. For the children you have the Tattershall Farm Park, which is great for the younger children, or the Wolds Wildlife Park which is around a 20 minute drive. Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea are all within less than an hours drive for beach lovers.
