Located in the higher reaches of Islamlar Village, this villa has five large bedrooms and a capacity for 10 guests. With the use of additional available beds this capacity may be increased to 16, without feeling overcrowded.

Set in a beautiful wooded area, the lack of other buildings nearby gives this property a high level of privacy and peacefulness. The main pool, being 20 x 9 metres in size, is more than sufficient in size, plus there is a smaller pool with a jacuzzi feature, which can double up as a childrens pool.
The accomodation comprises of a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. There are four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with balconies, views and en-suite bathrooms.

The expansive pool terrace has a dining area, shaded seating area, sunbeds, parasols, BBQ, hammock, table tennis and some play equipment for small children. The property is full-air-conditioned , has wi-fi internet and ample parking space.

The villa is located some 11 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan and 3 km for the centre of the village. Whilst some local restaurants and grocers do provide a free delivery service it would be necessary for guests to have the use of a vehicle whilst staying in this property.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
