Single storey house, in the old Grand Village Plage, quiet.
A large room of 17 square meters with a double bed and 2 bunk beds for one person, all separated by a curtain, an access door on both sides which gives more privacy.
Shower room, separate WC.
A double sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen dining room of 30 square meters. Very bright and pleasant living room. Any comfort (except dishwasher)
Access to an outbuilding with washing machine, dryer, freezer.
Sunny terrace, southwest exposure, with garden furniture and beautifully flowered garden with barbecue and deckchairs.
The greenery is abundant in summer as well as one is completely peaceful on the terrace and sheltered from view.
Parking opposite.
Fine sandy beach 2 km on foot or by bike through the forest, regularly served by a small tourist train.
All shops nearby, including a bakery just opposite.
There is plenty to do to explore the island, but it is also a good starting point for tourist excursions such as:
La Rochelle (Aquarium and the city with its old port)
Île d'Aix (boat connection, nice to discover, seen on Fort Boyard)
Palmyre Zoo (superb zoo)
Royan (beautiful city guaranteed summer atmosphere)
