The countryside villa Green Garden

Villa Green Garden is situated 5 km eastern from the historical core of magnificent town Dubrovnik, only 800 m from a large sandy and pebble beach by a crystal clear Adriatic sea. Villa has a surface of 280 m2 and consists of two floors (ground floor and first floor), has 5 bedrooms, all with double beds, 5 bathrooms and is suitable accommodation for 10 people.
The complex consists of the countryside villa, chapel of Our Lady\'s Annunciation, manor buildings, luxury villa, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, garden with courtyard while around the villa itself there are numerous gardens rich with Mediterranean vegetation which offer the guests an unique atmosphere and complete privacy over an area of 20 000 m2. The interior of the villa is slick with decorative stone portals whose profiled shapes define the external and internal space composition. The complex dates back to second half of 16th century and with its style features of late gothic and renaissance it has been enlisted in the cultural heritage register of Republic Croatia. The interior of the villa abounds with restored furniture in baroque style whose rich textures bring out the personality and charm of this unique edifice.

The entrence to villa Green Garden is a beautiful tree lined avenue, followed by a spacious courtyard. Courtyard is equipped with deck chairs, otside seating/dining garnitures and an outdoor grill, indispensable for enjoying a various Dalmatian cuisine and rich gastronomic offer of this wonderful region.

The villa Green Garden is entered via a door from the courtyard into an ‘L’ shaped hallway. One part of the hallway leads down to the spacious open plan where stylish kitchen, dining and lounge area with fireplace took their position. The other side of the hallway leads you to a deluxe double bedroom equipped with double bed, and separated bathroom with shower. The first floor of Villa Green Garden features four deluxe double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom) each with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a conservatory overlooking the courtyard garden containing a dining area and kitchen facility.

In specious yard area there is a beautiful poll with a beautiful wooden sundeck equipped with deck chairs and sun umbrellas for your complete relaxation during the long hot summer days.

Villa Green Garden is fully air-conditioned. It is equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet connection, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and feeder, barbecue and garden, seating and dining garnitures, outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, wooden sundeck. Villa has professionally equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hood, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, blender and kettle. Villa has 2 parking spaces reserved for its herguests.
