OUTDOOR AREA & POOL

Words can not describe the dazzling views you’ll experience throughout your stay.

Driving up to the villa past the well-kept greenery that surrounds the property, stop and marvel at the natural beauty that lies at your feet. From the comfort of the 8 deck and lounge chairs, look down on the nearby villages of Colle Sant’Angelo, the excellent Contemaso Vineyards, and the sparkling sea near Grosseto.

Upon arrival, take a dip in the oversized 4×15 meter saltwater pool to cool off after a long day of traveling. After cooling off, we always recommend to our guests to take a leisurely stroll through the gardens and foliage that envelope the surrounding hills to lose yourself in the beauty of the surrounding areas. Settle in under the enormous linden tree for some shade as the breeze rolls in.

As the sun sets over the horizon, pop open a bottle of wine produced from the surround vineyards under the vine-covered pergola to enjoy a leisurely outdoor meal. Equipped with seating for 8 guests, cheers to the start of an unforgettable vacation!

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN:

Featuring a stunning contemporary design with a local touch, the villa has been completely refinished for your comfort. Using textiles from a native weavery in Arezzo, the villa itself exhibits a rustic yet modern aura.

Stepping into the villa from the upstairs doorway, you’ll feel right at home! A large room under century-old wood beamed ceilings, have a seat on one of the two lounge areas. Equipped with numerous lounge chairs, sofas and an extraordinary antique fireplace, enjoy a relaxing evening with your fellow guests over a few glasses of local wine. Providing jaw-dropping views of the surrounding area through 2 separate windows, breathe in the fresh air of the countryside as the night slips away.

Heading downstairs, enter a second living space and family room! Highlighted by a gorgeous wooden door and seating space, convene in the morning and discuss plans for the day. This room flows directly into the cozy, country kitchen. Blending classic with modern chic, enjoy an indoor meal every once in awhile around the 6 person dining table. The kitchen comes with antique kitchen armoire, breathtaking wood beams,lovely french doors and modern kitchen appliances for all your cooking needs!

MASTER SUITES (2)

This villa comes with 2 roomy master suites, one on the top floor and one on the bottom floor.

Both rooms have comfy king size beds that are accompanied by small seating areas with armchairs, dressers, and ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms both have a bidet, handshower, and an amazing soaking tub to unwind after a day in the Tuscan sun!

The bottom floor master also comes with direct access to the exterior pool area through vintage french doors!

TWIN SUITES (2)

The remaining two bedrooms of the villa are decorated with twin size beds, desks with breaktaking views of the outdoors, antique full length mirrors, dual night stands and ensuite bathrooms.

Both ensuites of these bedrooms are equipped with bidets and large shower areas!
