About this property

KATIA'S HOUSE CLOSE TO THE OCEAN 46

Our house is located in Flor de Pacifico Village Sueno al Mar. The Village has safeguared. There are gardens and swimming pool. Close to the village there is Potrero town, italian, sushi, american and tipycal restaurants. Moreover there are some beautiful beaches as Playa Penca, Potrero, Prieta, Flamingo, Conchal, ect.
Two bedrooms with their own bathroom, fully furnished and nice patio with sofa, table, chairs to have breakfast and meals outside and hammock to relax looking at the garden.
There is a swimming pool with jacuzzi in the residence.
We do not live in Potrero but our manager will be available to you. Bed lines and towels as with the unit, however laundry service extra costs can be arranged with the manager for a nominal fee.
The house comes complete with all kitchen essentials.
Smoking is permitted outside. Please leave everything the way you found it and leave the kitchen clean. Leave the electronic safe opened your last day.
If you love friendly and kindly people, quiet, nature, relax, beaches, sunset this is your place. Potrero is closed to the village where you can find markets and several restaurants.
Playa Penca and Playa Potrero are achievable by walk. Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal by car. If you love adventure you can organize a Canopy tour or going to the Potrero sailing center to rent boats, kayaks, and other water equipment. You'll feel supported and confident all the way. San José is distant 4 hours.

Nice little villa!

Katia and Johanna were very responsive and helpful. The place is a little older than we thought from the ad, but everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the stove did not work, but everything else was satisfactory. Thank you!

Elle est située dans un complexe résidentiel sécurisé, arboré avec plantes et fleurs et comprenant une grande piscine à débordement et un parking gardé. Le complexe est très calme (début mars). Il y a peu de vis à vis entre les maisons. Celle de Katia est colorée, assez grande pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres fermées, 2 salles de bains, une cuisine bien équipée et un patio tranquille et meublé. Tout est fonctionnel.

Nous avons adoré la piscine. La maison est dans un complexe calme et sécurisé. Il y a des activités pas trop loin de la maison. Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 enfants de 12 et 17 ans et personne ne s’est ennuyé.
