Regency Court is an elegant, period building, consisting of 8 purpose built holiday flats. Set in its own grounds, we also have a car park and a lovely spacious back garden with patio area/seating. Our family have been letting our holiday flats for over 25 years and will be there to greet you and be available throughout your stay.
This 2 bedroom spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor. It consists of lounge with pull down wall bed, sofas and freeview t.v. One double bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate kitchen/diner with table and chairs, convection oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as cooking utensils, crockery, kettle and toaster. Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath. Free wi-fi. We can provide a cot/highchair and hairdryer if required.
Regency Court is in an ideal position located next to the beautiful Bournemouth Pleasure gardens with its tennis courts, and coffee shop, free table tennis and adventure playground. You can easily walk to the town and beaches within 15 mins (7 mins if you take the shortcut). 2 mins from the apartment you will find bus stops, a Co-op supermarket, takeaways and restaurants. You can leave your car in the car park and walk or catch the bus. The owners will be there to greet you and are available at any time during your stay if you have any questions or worries. You are welcome to call before your holiday if you need to ask anything.
We have just started advertising with HomeAway, so we do not have many reviews yet. However, we have been letting our apartments for many years and have lots of returning guests.
Suitable for children. Non smoking apartment, sorry we are unable to accept pets. Due to there being no steps, this apartment is suitable for people with limited mobility During high season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

I am from Bournemouth and live with my husband and four children, who range from 26 to 9 years (2 of them were at university in Bournemouth, one has gone further afield to university and the youngest is still at school). We all love Bournemouth, especially in the summer. We are sure you will too. I will greet you on arrival and myself and family will be on hand during your stay. Why they chose this property
We have been letting our holiday flats at Regency Court for many years and feel that it is in a perfect location for a holiday. It is an attractive purpose built building with spacious 2 bedroom flats. It has a large garden and carpark. It is in an ideal location, next to the beautiful pleasure gardens, and you can walk through the these gardens into the town centre. If you walk the opposite way through the gardens, you will end up at Coy Pond. My children used to call these gardens 'The secret, magical gardens' when they were younger. When you see them, you will realise why! It is an oasis in the middle of the town. We often enjoy walking through the gardens to town. You can also walk to the Middle Chine or Durley Chine beaches which are close by. It is convenient to be able to leave the car in the grounds and walk everywhere, as you have to pay for parking in the town centre.

Wonderful position! Its own car park, large lawned spacious garden with patio sitting area. All flats have separate full size kitchens with table and chairs to eat your meals and no sofa beds.
