About this property

CASALE ULIVETO DA VALERIA, A GREEN OASIS WITH POOL AND TWO STEPS FROM THE SEA

Casale Uliveto is a beautiful house set in 3 hectares of olive grove just outside Catania. It has three bedrooms (for a total of 6 beds), two bathrooms, large living room with kitchen (with the possibility that the sofa will become a further bed), large private garden.
In addition to the sofa bed, if necessary, a small field cot can be provided for our little guests.
From the house you have access to an 18-meter pool (open from June to September and at set times: from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.30 to 18.30). In addition, the farmhouse is just a 10-minute walk from the sea: a sandy beach easily accessible and suitable even for children.
From here you can reach the Catania airport in 5 minutes, the Sapienza Mount Etna refuge in 30 minutes, Syracuse and Taormina in 45 minutes.
It is the ideal base for those who want to know Sicily and at the same time enjoy peace and relaxation.

Avons changé de maison du fait de l'humidité et des matelas de la chambre à lits superposés,

suite, trop mous pour des adultes. La façade n'est pas visible sur les photos, face à un mur. Notre changement dans une autre villa, à côté, a été bienheureux. Merci à nos hôtes pour cette nouvelle proposition.

Casa molto curata e personale molto disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone senza problemi, la casa è molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. La zona piscina è molto bella e c'è una bella vista. La casa si trova un po' fuori dal centro, comoda da raggiungere. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio questa struttura per un soggiorno tranquillo a Catania.
