Francesco was kind enough to store our luggage between our early arrival in Catania and our check in time. The home was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Francesco provided us with some great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to our questions before our trip.

We are a party of three Americans (brother, sister, parent) who spent two weeks in Sicily. We were sensitive to knowing the layout of our choices since we each wanted our own bedroom and our Dad is 83 years old. This property was excellent for us.The property has two entry-level en suite bedrooms; the second floor is an open living/dining space with a full bathroom and the lovely outdoor terrace. The third level is the loft bedroom. The loft is open to the floor below, but privacy wasn't an issue since the other bedrooms are on the first floor. Beds were comfortable and it is a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed and Francesco provided us with a few necessities to get us started (bottled water, coffee pods, beer, wine). He was an excellent host with easy communication.The location is walking distance to the cathedral/piazza and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. We walked or took Uber since we didn't pick up our rental car until our last day. There is on-street parking in front of the property. I would stay here again; the property is nicely updated, in a good location, and has an excellent host.

Francesco was an amazing host, lots of help and there whenever we needed him. He was there when we arrived and showed us around the property. Gave us suggestions on where to eat The place was clean. The location was perfect close to everything and safe. We can not wait to come back again. Also the Puzzle had all the pieces ;)
