A large 2 bedroom apartment with private garden located in the heart of La Zenia. The apartment also features 2 double bedrooms, spacious lounge, separate dining room, fitted kitchen, terrace & bathroom. The garden is fully enclosed making it perfect for dogs and features an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Guests also have access to the huge communal swimming pool and also there is also a huge communal barbecue area.

The apartment is located just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful La Zenia beach and also a 10 minute walk from La Zenia Boulevard which is a shoppers haven with all the major retailers like Zara, Primark, H&M, Jack Jones,Mango, Pull & Bear and many many more. The Boilevard also features restaurants for every budget, nightly entertainment, bars, children's activity areas, bowling alley & other leisure activities dependent on the time of year.

There are also lots and lots of bars & restaurants located on the doorstep of the property and there is a huge supermarket within a 2 minute walk of the property.

We where in the house with 3 people, nice place quiet environment. A bautifull pool is near the house, perfect place to stay for a longer time! Various restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity.

La Zenia

Nice little find , great location right where we wanted to be. Property had everything we wanted and we had access to the swimming pool right outside. We were close to local bars and restaurants and near a supermarket. 10 mins to La Zenia Boulevard and 10 mins to La Zenia Beach. Cabo Roig was a 20 minute walk, lots of bars there and places to eat . Roz the owner was really nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. Host typically got back to me within 5-10 mins. Loved it!

The apartment was lovely and clean , we loved the outside sitting area. We had a welcome pack left which was lovely and roz the lady who welcomed us was fantastic too & they arranged airport run for us too which helped. definitely would love to stay again was near shops & restaurants and shopping mall.

Fantastic 4 day stay

Greated on arrival by the lovely Roz who showed us around the apartment, the appartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with lots of seating, the appartment block is spotless and is in a fantastic area with a large supermarket bars and restaurants all within the doorstep, we had a great stay here and will definitely return.

We specialise in offering a truly friendly experience and will do everything possible to make sure your holiday is truly fantastic. The property is dog friendly and is perfect for them as it has an enclosed garden and there are 2 parks directly next to the apartment. The property also has every amenity anyone would want on it's doorstep. i.e. A supermarket across the road, the famous Paddy's Point bar also opposite the property as well as Asian, Indian & Italian restaurants and plenty of bars.
