This lovely 3 bedroom property has a large pool and has fabulous views over the open countryside and Santo Antonio Golf Course. The property is located on the edge of Budens village and is a one-minute walk to the village square, a number of village cafes, restaurants and Intermarche supermarket.

The property is an end of terrace and so receives the Sun all day long while setting to the West on to two large spacious balconies. The pool is South facing and is located in managed gardens. There is a jacuzzi, changing rooms, an outside toilet and two outdoor showers. The property and pool overlook the village windmill in the field next door. There is private secure, covered parking behind electric gates within the complex. The property is one of seven linked villas

Budens is surrounded by the lovely beaches to the South and West of Salema, Burgau and Figueria all within 2- 5kms of the property. The surfing beaches of Praia do Castelejo and Praia da Cordoama are 13km away. In all there are over 14 different beaches within 20 minutes drive of the property.

The larger towns of Lagos and Sagres are just 15 minutes drive and Faro airport is 1 hour away. This property is a fantastic base to explore the Western Algarve from.

Beautiful Villa

Loved the villa, the location was great, with two lovely beaches just a short drive away. The villa was spacious and beautiful. Our host was helpful and welcoming. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

A very comfortable villa , 1 of 7, in a secure setting. Super , well maintained pool. My only concern is the lack of a local person to help with any problem which may arise.

Casa confortável com alguns problemas de limpeza.

Casa bem localizada, espaçosa e confortável. Boa piscina, comum ao empreendimento. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Quando chegamos, a propriedade não estava pronta para nos receber. Quando reclamamos do estado da casa, houve uma certa resistência para aceitar e resolver a questão. O churrasco estava bastante sujo. Faltavam utensílios na cozinha para se poder cozinhar para 5 pessoas. De resto pareceu-nos um bom local para férias em família.
