Ideal for couples or small families, this cozy and fully equipped garden studio is located in the peaceful suburb of Nerokourou, just 5 minutes from Chania city center and nearby beaches by car.
The studio is bright, comfortable, and surrounded by flowers, lemon and mandarin trees, offering a relaxing atmosphere in a quiet rural setting with beautiful mountain views. Guests can enjoy a shaded pergola with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ area.
Inside, the studio features twin beds (joined together), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, cookware, and washing machine.
Free private parking is available on site inside the gated property. A baby cot can also be provided free of charge upon request.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.

Great house fully equiped near Chania center
The property is beautiful, the grill outside is amazing. The house is very well equiped. We receive good local products on our arrival and the owner is very kind. A must.
